The New Roman Military(NRM) needs 3 government members!
The duties:
Commandant (Elected) -
A. Organization of member nations into units based on nation strength.
B. Appointing commanders of the alliance's military units.
C. Preparing and maintaining guides to the conduct of warfare for the alliance.
D. Establishing recommended and mandatory military wonder purchases based on nation size.
Ambassador (Elected) -
A. Provide information & guidance to the government regarding relations with other alliances.
B. Appoint diplomatic personnel and supervise their performance.
C. Draft necessary treaties with other alliances, subject to ratification by the Cabinet and Emperor
Chamberlain (Elected) -
A. Screening new members for eligibility, background checks, and approving applications.
B. Mass communication with alliance members.
C. Reporting alliance news and information.
D. Monitoring forum participation of members.
E. Conduct nation audits
F. Organize and supervise a mentor program for new nations.

Okay, I will go into more detail:
The Ambassador does all duties that are related to other Alliances, like treaties, protectorates, and that sort of stuff.
Also now we need a new Commandant(Military leader), and Chamberlain(Internal Affairs.)

As of today, I am the new Emperor of the New Roman Military!

The overlooker is just there to ensure that there is now corruption.
Soon there will be an overlooking counsel.

Hello, I am founding an alliance called the Lulz Union.
The main goal of this alliance is to provide a fully democratic alliance without letting badly elected leaders ruin it all. Also, the alliance is to be kept corruption-free.
The way it works:
There is an overlooker(Overlooking counsel coming soon,) who monitors the ministers, president, and makes any decisions that he thinks can't be left up to the ministers, or president. This is a life time term, unless the overlooker resigns.
There are 3 Ministers. Minister of Foreign Affairs takes care of business with other alliances, and is in charge of the recruiters, and foreign diplomats. Minister of Internal Affairs solves conflicts between members, and leaders. Minister of Finance manages the alliance budget.
The President has the duty of keeping all the ministers in line, and, if a minister is away, or vacant, the president performs the duty of that ministry.
