Hmm I'm not sure.. they would be bloc statistics after all so I don't see the problem with alliances in multiple blocs-- they're not being double-counted or anything. Their score would genuinely contribute to two blocs. -
Yeah monthly bloc stats would be pretty cool-- in an ideal world you would have it also broken down by alliances within the bloc so you could see who was doing all the leg work but that would be a lot of work

It's a bit rich to fault them for not declaring enough wars. Nowhere in the treaty does it say they have to and this "Limited War" was only ever going to be about damage limitation for them. You can't blame them, surely? -

Yeah that's the implication I guess, but I can't imagine that they expect anywhere near the 1000+ members that that would include to vote.. Seems like there should be a line in defining the "required number of votes". If it is 3/4 alliances then they will never achieve that in 72 hours, let alone before 72 hours so the point is moot. -

So this seems kinda weird to me. This means that an alliance (or couple of alliances) that wanted something could flood the vote in the first few hours and get it closed before anyone else had had a chance to even notice it. Just nitpicking- not malicious.
