[Joining an Alliance]

Hello,

I'm debating on which alliance/team to join. What benefits are there with each alliance? Are there any alliances that provide aid, trade, etc? Thanks for your help in advance.

[Nation Debt]

I know every nation can have a deficit as the expenses can exceed the income, however, is there anyway my nation can go into debt? If I use all my taxpayer's money, then would it be possible? I think it would be nice to be able to do that and allow nations to pay interest. I think it would be great if many nations can put money into a world bank and earn interest on the money they loan (Maybe 3% a day) and the world bank can gain 6% or something a day with which the world bank can pay nations for their nuclear bombs and for peace terms! What do you guys think?
