Sad to hear, but its no problem at all. I'm not forcing any alliance to participate. Just anyone who does, ill be help promoting and trying to get good ties in. We already have MHA members, Fark, PPO, and TDO down here.

[color="#FF0000"]I talked to MHA- GasGiant405(MoDF). He agrees that this is a potential idea. Gon(MoFA) says that MHA wont be leading this but will participate. I'm mass messaging all alliances and leaders shortly. I know this will work. I will be doing my best to keep thhese forums up and if anyone wants to help, I'll mask admin, especially if they have computer skills. My alliance says they will participates as well. I know it will work if all alliances can see this through.

Good Morning everyone one of Cybernations,
I'd like to announce an invitation to all Aquatic alliances on behalf of my alliance. I FearUnited, have saw the Black Sphere Summit created by The Shadow Accords.. I loved the idea. Well, I took a full day to create the Aqua Summit! The banner you currently see will represent all Aqua alliances. If you are an aqua alliance and I've missed you, please notify me ASAP. Messages to all Aquatic nations will go out later today!
Time for the fun to begin:
[u][b]What are the benefits that I can receive for the Aqua Summit?[/b][/u]
The benefits you can receive are quite spectacular in my eyes.. You can receive:
-Tech Deals in our Tech Center. You may select whichever deal you want to participate in.
-Trade Circles In our Economic Center. Select any Bonus Resources you want, and We can help assist you finding a trade just li ke that.
-SPAM! Who doesn't love SPAM. Have fun, anything you want to do belongs here
-Information Center. This is my personal favorite. Post up general information in your sector for your fellow Aquatic brothers to see.
-Conference Hall. Most of you who LOVE IRC will love conference all. Leaders and representatives of their alliance will come to monthly meetings to keep close bonds. Questions may be asked her and just to chill in some meetings.
-Open Discussion. This is where you can post any topic about you and your alliance or someone else's and debate. This is basically debate hall.
-News in RL. Hey, we all love to know what's going on around us. If you have something interesting going on, post it here for everyone to chat about.
-Aqua Senators. I made a special mask for you you guys will automatically be admins/moderators as this is in your control. I only took time to build it.

I'd like everyone to know that we currently don't have an IRC set-up yet. I will have that up later today and create a sector in the forums for massive recruitment as we will have some members with no alliances on the boards. In this sector, post up any information you please about your alliance.
I,, FearUnited of the Nuclear Proliferation League will be admin. If you would like to be a moderator, I will gladly add you. Senators of the Aqua sphere will automatically be Admins/Moderators. Also, Leaders of their alliance will automatically be moderators of their alliance to add their membership.
I want to say, I did this not for my only endeavor but I want to see us all connected somehow and benefit as one. Im not going to force anyone to join, but I highly suggest you do.
Messages will be sent out later, IRC will be formed later, and the recruitment center will be created shortly.

[color="#FF0000"]To be honest, every sphere should do this but thats not how it works. It would be more appropiate if you had a seperate forum for this. You can't have it on your forums as it would show as your the black sphere leader, etc, etc. That can lead to arguements. Really, just create a seperate forum, with multiple masks and start from there. Then discuss whats going down. Make it like UN. A secruity council(5 strongest black alliances) and best Ambassadors(2 from each alliance to represent). There you go for an idea.

I'm pretty sure some NSOers have been spying on Legion, but as I said in the other thread, they can't prove it while all the spy ops are succeeding because of their terrible preparation and low spy count. NSO's official position is apparently that their members did not do any spying and there isn't any evidence to prove them wrong, [b]so Legion should really just shut up and fix their spy count so it doesn't keep happening.[/b][/quote]

I agree *Rush Sykes(I'm a bit tired so I apologize for the misspelling) in this aspect. There really should be no cap on aid. If you wanted to send your alliance mate 200 million so he can build, and your nation has the funds available, it should be allowed.
