So how would icelanders in indo-china work out? I'll need a little help with that to make it coherent. It could be explained away, due to the fact that there were mass exodi of icelanders throughout history IRL.

We of Nova Islandis are happy that such interest is taken in our minor city state. Our nations main policy however futile (with our backwater status, and small military) is to ensure the safety of the nearby colonies of icelanders, and of course the safety of their neighbours.
ooc: Vaguely defined, I am essentially giving my reason before hand for any annexations that will happen.

edit: I realized how ridiculous a nation on wake island is, so I moved it in-game to Singapore.
