If this is not the right place to ask my previous question, can somebody poi t me in the right direction

Not sure where to post this but I had my nation sat a while ago. I am now in control of my nation and have been for a while but am not allowed to trade with the nation that was nation sitting me. What do I have to do to get this fixed? Thanks
