The Mafia was unaware of the breakdown of the present treaty and thus our leadership decided that this was not on, nor proper. Thus, we are trying to expell the myths and bad history that has dogged our alliance since its beginning. My leadership is determined to resolve these problems. When asked to join this war in order to aid the war effort, we decided to honour these treaty. This is a new era for our alliance, from here on in start as we mean to go on.

Well, good then.
Nada2486, I can understand what you mean, however, I have very little time to be able to respond due to work and RL committments hence the lateness of my response.
Why are people discussing the legality of such an act??? War is war (or peace, whatever your side of the argument). We were asked to help and I was more than happy to join in.
