Imho, this really has nothing to do with treaty wording and everything to do with holding grudges. All it takes is a little humility from both sides and this will all end.
PC, TPF was your home once and you got your shots in, why not let them off with white peace? Yeah, yeah, we know they try to kill you off every chance they got. But where did you guys came from in the first place? There's nothing left to destroy anyways. Be the bigger man.
TPF, it was pretty clear you guys had it in for PC from the start. With Slayer gone now and no more allies left to defend, I really don't see why you guys can't communicate with PC and re-negotiate the terms. They're a fair bunch for the most part and will prob let you off if shown a little respect. You were comrades once. Why let petty grudges get the best of you?
I don't mean to preach, but why can't we just all get along until we build up, and nuke each other into oblivion in the next great war?

Revenge is a dish best served cold. Learn from PC as they're relishing that dish right now.
Why not just agree to the terms and pay PC back another day?
It's also very possible by the time you fufill the terms, you become friends instead of foes. After all, you did live under the same roof and shed blood together once.

We have displayed nothing but respect for the nations we're at war with, so I'm not sure where you get the impression that we're making vile comments towards anyone. TOOL does not attempt to paint itself as a knight in white armor, and can not help you if you see us as such. We are just doing what we feel is right. If you really have so much beef with us, I suggest you wash it down with more whine. I hear red meat goes quite well with it.

Actually we don't. We wub all our allies, just did what we thought is right. Also, as a personal opinion, don't really think RoK or Karma needs any help from us at the moment.

Look, our gov already explained our reasons clearly. We were in clear communications with all our allies and stated our course of action every step of the way. If you don't want to agree with our reasoning, that is your right. TOOL isn't obligated to explain its actions to third parties, and we aren't here to please you. We're here to do what we feel is right. So, how about more fighting and less talking. This is my personal opinion btw, thanks. B)

I can't find the initial announcement, but the text is here. Truth be told, I think GDA's obligated to protect them for 72 hours, but perhaps I'm missing something.
Shouldn't someone hold GDA responsible then?

It seems like GDA just nulled the protectorate without providing USA with a protection period.
USA is at fault without a doubt, but the logs showed geniune ineptitude rather than intended disrespect.

Interesting that TOOL is legally defined to be the leader of the bloc with lots of special privileges (everything must be approved by TOOL, they can kick members or representatives, etc). I hope they never decide they want to leave White!

Technically, Ryan already won.
If he is defeated and graciously accepts his loss, it'll do wonders for his battered PR. Alienated nations will be more inclined to forgive after seeing him humbled.
If he somehow wins this war and remains cordial, he will earn some much needed respect and aid for himself and GDI.
Jofna, on the other hand, has nothing to gain but a possibly humiliating defeat...which is looking more and more likely as Ryan just received abt 6 mil for tech deals...when he's at 158.83 tech.
