It's such a shame that the name of Neutral Shoving is dragged through the mud by such an incompetent fool, and an even bigger shame that he's dragging naiive alliances along with it. Love or hate their various exploits, I'm sure everyone here would agree that the end came long ago for old GOONS. This mockery of the dead of those long ago wars is disgusting, and it makes me sick to see others being hoodwinked by this idiot.

Preamble:
Goon Order Of Neutral Shoving and the Galactic Imperium has never been friends and thus come together to sign this treaty.
Article I:
For 30 days after this treaty is signed GOONS must put in his bio "Protected by Galactic Imperium" and Hakaisha must put in his bio "Protected by Goon Order Of Neutral Shoving"
Article II:
Non Aggression:
No nation of either alliance shall declare war or spy on the other signatory.
Article III:
Contact:
Both Alliances shall keep minimal contact at all times.
Article IV
Intelligence;
All intelligence must never be shared between each signatory unless it's about a mutual enemy.
Article V
War:
If one of the signatory requests help against a mutual enemy then the other must help but if it's not a mutual enemy no help can be given.
Article VI:
Aid:
Aid can be requested but can only be accepted if they are currently not in any type of war unless it is by a mutual enemy.
Article VII:
Galactic Imperium agrees that the Goon Order of Neutral Shoving is the sole owner of its name.
Article VIII:
Termination:
This treaty will auto cancel if the treaty puts any of the signatories in danger

But they haven't been around longer than me, which is what I referenced, not my alliance. If the masses have doubt as to who the true Dark Lord of the Cyberverse is they have forgotten their history.
Some of the people in the Imperium have being around much longer then you and if you are referring to having a nation in CN well then I guess you are right, but as fact GI has being around almost as long as CN(if not longer) along with many of the creators still there. The Sith are the past, the Imperium is the future of SW.

However, the Empire alliances are more Remnant than Sith, they don't even acknowledge a Dark Lord in their ranks and hold to outdated philosophies like elections and static government.

He'd spent entirely all the cash, before war was even declared on him. From what we can gather, it was mostly on infra, land, and military. Logistically, he didn't have any cash reserves left to begin with to pay back the tech for the aid he was given, unless he somehow managed to do it all with collected taxes.
I honestly expected him to have some measure of funds on hand because of those deals, and was taken aback that it was all gone. He clearly intended to scam to begin with.
Its was no scam and for your dear misguided thought I had over 1 million left which is very nice for a nation my size and a 100 tech ready to suck up your attacks with enough hopefully to pay my tech sellers.

No. I like GOONS simply as, as many people have said now is the time for new alliances and as I say it brings some fun into the game take peoples off of the Karma war atm if its even possible. The "new" GOONS has officially cut its self totally from the old and real GOONS. If you can't see why well then you need to open your eyes.
