As for practicing EZI, you absolutely did. The reappearance of Valid de Impala/Cereal Killer in GPA administration was part of the lead up to the Continuum-GPA War. The bottom line of that whole episode was the objection you had to the player continuing to be involved in GPA's internal affairs at any level.
The objection to perma ZI is that nations would be attacked without ongoing cause. If they are actively engaged in efforts against the interests of NPO, that is a different issue.

If thats the only sticking point then I find it hard to believe it could not have been worked out after a little more refining privately, by making this announcement all you've achieved is making it harder to either side to back down.
And they're getting justice for themselves and their allies, some of whome ended up disbanding as a result of terms you handed out, so technically 'pretending to be a force for justice' would be giving you light terms.
Our announcement serves to show that the NPO is listening to the concerns raised.
Yet the posts made by Karma leadership make apparent their lack of conviction in the belief that terms which seek disbandment are improper.

As a GATO member I endured three months of war against the NPO. It makes me sick when anyone complains about having to suffer anything less than three months of continuous warfare. It's especially bad when its a NPO member doing the complaining when a significant portion of his alliance is hiding in peace mode, a luxury that GATO didn't have.
We will gladly face war even should it last an eternity. It is the throwing down of our arms under nonsensical terms that causes misgivings.
None of you want to leave or give up, except the over 200 nations who have left NPO since the war started.Cream rises to the top, I guess we should thank Karma for helping to remove NPO dead weight.

Alos people crying hypocrisy and 'you're as bad as us/them' need to stop, seriously. That party line might have worked a little better if you hadn't overused it a couple of hours after the war began before anyone even surrendered.
the holdup is the 90% clause that means some indefinite period of war
reps themselves would be acceptable, but even the higher counteroffer has been refused

It's pulling strings out of context the same.If a few people have billion dollar warchests, it doesn't mean you can make the assumption that everyone is sitting WAY above our warchest requirements (which of course were publicized at the beginning of the war situation.

If I'm reading it right, then if you could use the remaining 2 slots that each nation will have, then you will reach the maximum for 16 nation trades.

The nations which have been fighting are of course the same ones that suffered damages, nice circular logic
