  1. Think of it this way GDI:

If the NPO currently wasn't being dogpiled by all these alliances because of legitimate treaty links, would you be rising up in arms against the NPO? Your CB would not have changed, only the situation of the NPO would be different. If your answer to the question is no then by all means, keep riding the bandwagon... I suspect the Vogons will be at your door anytime soon.

    This.

I love the togetherness that both sides have when GDI do something totally and utterly embarrassing. I don't want them to disappear, where else would I get my kicks?

  2. Actually I am sorta having some second thoughts for now, don't worry about me :)

I'll get back to you when I can think of a clear idea etc.

(And I wasn't going to claim anything without asking the appropriate people in anycase ^_^)

  3. Slightly too cold for my liking :P

I've PMed mykep though with what I have in mind though and the minimum/maximum landmass I'd like to try and achieve.

As I say it's that whitespace just north of Malaysia etc. Next plan is to think of a good name and theme with which to go with.

  4. Ooo, actually playing a more Asiatic Nation would be interesting.

If it's fine I'd like to attempt to start around that area, coastal if possible but not thinly stretched out too much either.

    Awesome.

That sound fair? :) (I think you were referring to the white space just north of where Malaysia/Borneo etc. is today?)

  5. True about size, I was pretty small previously and my Tech was 0 so I RPed as a Tribal State :)

Of course, it was sorta unwieldy to an extent and I found it hard to get into it. The size you say my nation would be now is quite nice :D

Well if there's anyone offering to siphon some off I would be very grateful, as I say location isn't a bother too me too much.

Hmm, where would you recommend if I went somewhere 'Free'? ^_^

  6. I did the last time for ease and, besides it not really making much sense this time, I have much clearer ideas of how I'd like to continue if applicable.

I'm terrible at calculating Land etc. and what would suit my size (Darn Event making me reduce a portion of it :P). I'm open to suggestions upon what areas would seem available and be interesting to hold?

I don't really have any preferences as to region, providing it's large than what I held last time :P Suggestions?

  7. I'm thinking about coming back in a new form, so to speak.

One question I have, do we necessarily have to name our nations the same name name that we have for ours ingame? (Same for leaders etc. :P)

If we don't does that mean it'd be possible for me to re-start elsewhere? (Not to mention I certainly have a little bit more land than I did when I first started :P)

    Yes/No? ^^

  8. I was about to say: "Oh too bad Ferrous didn't get elected :(". But then I saw it was Kuja, so I got confused about how I felt about it :P

You're just too awesome Zenith :D

    Traitors will be punished :o:P

Ferrous ran a good campaign and he is welcomed back to the position as my Deputy ^_^

Also congrats to my fellow Zenithians who ran. Truly it was the best we've had thus far!

  9. Wow, my small piece of land still exists! :P

Sorry I got inactive and will probably continue to be so here for a little bit as I struggle with IRL work and being FA of Zenith, I have much to do lately :)

    *Wonders how much he missed*

I'm glad to see things are still looking good though! ;)

  10. If there's one thing I found out about those guys and gals at FEAR is that they truly live up to their acronym. Luckily I'm a sucker for terror ( ) and, thus, I am proud to announce the below on the behalf of Zenith:

    220px-Newzenflag.png250px-Fearflag.jpg

Optional Defence Pact Between Zenith and the Fellowship of Elite Allied Republics

    Preamble

The sovereign Alliances of Zenith and the Fellowship of Elite Allied Republics [FEAR] have agreed and signed upon this Optional Defence Pact [ODP]. Both Zenith and FEAR will do their utmost to follow through with everything that is written within this Treaty and, if either signatory find themselves unable to continue with the ODP, it may be cancelled via the correct procedures as outlined.

    Article 1: Non Aggression

Both parties agree that there shall not be any form of aggression between any members of Zenith or FEAR whether it be military action or disputes between members of either Alliance. Any problems that become relevant will be worked out in private and following proper diplomatic routes and will be solved internally and peacefully. If either signatory breaks this agreement and a solution can not be found then the treaty will become void.

    Article 2: Friendship

Zenith and FEAR are committed to maintaining good relationships with one another and help nurture growing friendships. Both parties will treat each other with decency and respect that will help the bond flourish. Any problems that arise will be dealt with peacefully and in the proper manner.

    Article 3: Optional Defence

The two signatory Alliances may request Military or Economic help in times of war from one another but neither is obliged to do so. It is up to the ruling bodies of both Alliances to decide whether they should and the decision rests solely upon them. Even if help is not given this would not void the treaty.

    Article 4: Information

Both Zenith and FEAR agree that if they come in to possession of information that would endanger either signatory Alliance then they are obligated to share that information. The information may be about the Alliance as a whole or even one of their members, whatever Alliance holds such information should pass it on to the other.

    Article 5: Communication

Zenith and FEAR are committed to keeping an open means of communication so that if either signatory Alliance wishes to speak with the other then they can. Both Alliances are willing to speak not just socially but also when it comes to the political aspect and the door will always be open for either of them.

    Article 6: Cancellation

This Treaty may be cancelled by either of the two signatory Alliances. The ODP may become void if any of the Articles above are broken and are unable to be resolved or if either Alliance does not wish to continue with it. If the ruling bodies of each respective Alliance votes in favour of ending the treaty then there must be a period of 48 hours before the treaty is officially declared over. Until the time is up then all aspects within this treaty still are in effect.

Zenith is saddened by the loss of our protectorate today. Considering Pendulum's pedigree and the excellent players who founded it, we had very high hopes for it and looked forward to it becoming not just a protectorate but a sister alliance to Zenith. But issues on the home front made it difficult for Pendulum's leaders to lead and Pendulum was left without much of its government. As a result, the alliance became both unstable and inactive to a point where it was no longer viable. After a series of discussions with the leadership of Pendulum and an offer from Zenith to send advisors to Pendulum, we both decided that the best course for Pendulum to take would be disbandment because things had reached a point where the ship could not be righted.

All Pendulum members will be welcome to join Zenith if they so choose but if they don't, Zenith will continue to protect the Pendulum AA for a period of 30 days from the time of this posting.

    One last time, o/ Pendulum.

  12. When looking upwards at the sky on a clear day you feel there's something missing, something that should be there but just isn't. You try and think back to what it was, it's not planes or balloons and it's definitely not that strange object your friend Jeremy saw in the sky which he claims was a UFO but you know that it couldn't have been it since Jeremy is actually a rabbit. And that's when you remember! Rabbit, with its soft fur reminds you exactly what it is. There are no clouds!

At Zenith and TFD we both believe you can't have a good Blue Sky without some nice White Clouds.

And so, without further ado here is the announcement of the Sky Accords, a Treaty between the alliances of Zenith and The Foreign Division.
