Last time around Eotrs fought till the end, so I am sorry we ended up here again because of what THEY did.

It is clear for the list a few posts above that the top nations did not meet surrender terms (military improvements etc). It is clear that NoV sent them PM's and and ultimatum which they ignored.

It is also clear that they did not fail to do it for the lack of money. The nation I attaked had 6 Million in cash. Had they been organized they could have done better.

I frankly dont want to beat them more into the ground..

I would prefer it if NoV installed a vicerroy to get them organized, get them to meet the terms and get them out of bill lock.

I'm not sure why EoTRS is whining so much. They had ample time to notify NoV and others of their intentions and progress, and yet they failed to do so. Ultimately, their demise is their own doing.
