Hi. Thanks for the help with the IRC
I run a small alliance (and I mean small, lol, only 10 members), the Partopian Alliance. I've looked at many alliance creating/maintain guides on here, and they're useful, but I cant really seem to get my alliance to progess even the slightest. Most of the problem is that the majority of my alliance members are lethargic and inactive, I cant get them to do barely anything, not even just visiting our forums. I feel like its only me and a few of my good friends who are actually doing anything to help my alliance grow. My recruiting efforts dont really pay off, either....
Do any of you guys have advice for an alliance leader with a strong heart, but lethargic alliance members?

The Partopian alliance was founded as a friendly, peaceful alliance of nations, unlike many alliances i have seen here that bribe nations for membership and seem to act more like a corporation than a true "alliance". Of course, since I dont spam for memberships, my alliance isnt exactly, well....large, haha. Which is why I am asking any nations that wish to fight for a more peaceful, Democratic world, and dont want to be harrassed by their own alliance. The Partopian Alliance is always willing to have new members, so if your nation is democratic in nature, and you want any of the previous in an alliance, feel free to join us in our cause.

The Rough Parts Empire fully supports Kitex in its war on terrorism. My nation's recently been dealing with lots of horrendous terrorist acts recently, so we will do anything we can to supoort Kitex's noble cause.
I don't know why everyone here's condoning this war on terrorism, Kitex's original proposal said nothing about occupying foreign nations...
