If i were you, I would do a 3M tech deal. They will send you the 3M, you then send 50 tech in 10 days then another 50 after that clears in 10 days.
You wont be expected to shell out for the tech first, it is always up to the buyer to pay. You could even do a middle-man deal and you'd still be able to afford to buy the first 50 as soon as you've got the 3m from the middle man.
You'll be better off and that is how to build a nation up quicker.
After I bought a foreign ministry for 5 aid slots I did 5 3M tech deals all at the same time with no funds for a total of £15,000,000, Dont know exactly how much I made but it was probably over £8,000,000, rinse repeat, grow.

My nation is in need of Marble and Lead. We have been searching for these resources for quite some time but have been unable to secure a deal.
If you would be willing to accept cattle and lumber for trade with marble and lead my nation would be willing to send $50,000 in aid as an incentive.
I would hope with the small incentive (which is quite a bit to me) the deal could last 3 or more weeks.
Tech deals are also available and any trade offer could be factored into an agreeable price.

White team description on declare war page

Hello, I just noticed this because I was playing around, I'm not declaring war on anyone..
There is just a white space which when highlighted shows "White team" on the declare war page when it's telling you "xxx is part of the xxx team with you".
Clearly other teams show in their respective colours however white on white doesn't work so well.
Just thought I'd let you know.
