I'm sure this has been said somewhere before, but
Violation of these terms, other than Article 10, may result in the resumption of war at the discretion of the signatory alliances.[...]Compliance is defined here to mean, taking those actions necessary to complete, or beginning the process that will result in completion of the objectives spelled out in in Articles 1 through 9[...]Laaaaaaaammee, I really wanted to see that. Another great issue, nice job stumpy!

Annoying amsg's are annoying.
Late annoying amsg's are just fail.
Honestly, it's bad enough to spam all the channels, but aside from the 1/4th of your amsg's that are irrelevant, a majority of the 3/4ths that actually have to do with the game are usually an hour or longer after the thread's been posted, in which anyone who keeps up with the Open World forums have seen them anyways.

Hate to be nit-picky, but few typos, some are:
while many others !@#$%*ed any moaned about it being entirely economic^ Should be "and"
as soon as someone else too the first step.^ "took"
Few more IIRC, but all-in-all, another amazing issue Stumpy, great job!

Fun read. Great job on the OP, /me subscribes for later issues

I tried to delete myself.
I then tried to delete admin.

Your fault for not knowing Arsenal.

I love how people are trying to save face by saying the TPF said the Vox isn't relevant and such; do y'all really not realize the reason they posted all of that was to bait Vox into posting that on Tattler?
Also, random thought: How can we know if this is real? Vox wouldn't have any motive for saying that member wasn't one of their spies. If they kept quiet, then it means TPF would continue attacking on of their own members for false reasons, and TPF thinks they're clear of the spy, when their spy is still sitting there. So Vox really has no reason to correct TPF (or any other alliance down the road trying to attempt the same).
-
What's really curious is that after Triyun says "Vox is [not] important enough a political force to warrant a big PR push", Dilber shows up out of quasi-retirement and you're all rushing TWiP like moths on a lantern.
And don't think I don't notice the disappointment in your tones. Sadly TWiP is indeed the best source of good, solid fact for Pacificans and non-Pacificans alike.
I have no jobs in NPO, so I really have nothing better to do. If you're celebrating that I'd rather post here than spend half an hour or so shouting at my TV, I'll give the congo rats.
And I agree, it is pretty sad that this is the best source for non-Pacificans.
-
To fellow Pacificans: am I the only one who expected something in particular for this edition of TWiP?
Meh, there actually was quite a bit of material that could've been done over the past week, even with just a member's mask. Really disappointing.
"Gotcha Moment" Would've been soooo much better if you actually had, like, any content. Like, at all.
2 Screens from CN Forums, Pic of old material, 1 Screen of us copy/pasting last week's TWiP thread, and a post from said thread.
Nice try though.

We are not a brown-team alliance nor do we plan to become an adverse force to any alliances there. The New Sith Order is about offering an alternative to treaty-building and poltical rebellion, not about causing trouble.

Is NSO a brown alliance or not?

Thanks, and great job on the radio everyone!

I find it interesting that the aim name used in that isn't the same one posted on the youtube video's user profile...
http://www.youtube.com/user/NightmareRH
Just a discrepancy.
Point taken. Self Slapped.
Date of the picture's pretty off aswell.
I find it interesting regardless that the ability to get 150+ members was there but wasn't taken until after the declaration; was that just a coincidence, or was the plan to wait until someone was tipped off.
I'd figure that many nations joining had the treaty not been cancelled and the DoW posted would've raised alot of eyebrows anyways.
Edit: The multiple names is what I figured, but along with the date of the screen being almost a month ago kinda made it sketchy, plus the nation posted also had an RH aswell as only being in it's alliance for 9 days (Which could've been a random nation blamed purely because of that, but I'd think it's a stretch).
Edit2: Plus it'd explain the drop from 2/13 to 2/14

You claimed the person in the log wasn't part of your alliance anymore, but the 2 people talking are:
1) Clearly LordNightmare, who's the nation with the highest NS in your alliance
2) In the pic DevilDogs addresses the other person as "RH". Who could this be?
Possibly NightmareRH who JUSTSOHAPPEN to post the video.
-
Can't believe this is still going on...
150+ New nations today joined them; the zerg doesn't even start until 2 days from now.
-
Pacificans have been the only ones capable of putting me in Anarchy since the War of the Coalition. In my experience, no, this is not true, though I can't speak for every Voxian or other dude fighting Pacifica that would be referred to by them as "rogues."
Still, I have to agree...
...why...?
Our nations grow too fast and don't stay that low for long so we're lacking members in that range D:
I'd hate to root against our poor alpha nations, but I honestly can't wait to see the zerg rush of the...150? new nations.
-
New nations reading the info and creating a nation, without realizing that they'll be attacked.
Judging from the video, I'm pretty sure they're well aware of being attacked; but they're just hoping to zerg us I guess.
I honestly think they've could've been a threat had they not shown their hand so early.
-
For those who read the logs from NPO last night, they did say they had 6000 people waiting to join. And according to another link that was posted here, admin says they all look legitimate. Maybe they just have good guides? And besides....how much variety is there with new nations in regards to their stats?
IIRC; they're just coming over from a video of a semi-famous runescape player who told them how to sign up, told them to buy 51 infra, change AA to jarheads, and not much else.
-
Recruiting from YouTube = a great idea.
1) Get a legion of runescape fans to subscribe to your runescape channel on YT
2) Get Rolled from CN
3) Come Back and use those 8500+ subscribers to join a game they don't want to play and CBA to manage their nation correctly
4) ???
5) PROFIT!

Alright, then, in my zeal to smite meatpuppets I mistook your original remark to mean that you supported the theory that I had conjured up these quotes or arranged them in an order other than which they originally appeared. Which is not true.
No problem. Not sure of the official-stance, but I actually find these somewhat entertaining; I'd rather have posts from this week in "This week in Pacifica" as opposed to posts from months ago though, but I'll suffice.
But, then again, I've seriously started thinking that the point of these threads are supposed to be make boring couple of starting issues, just to have comrades send info to y'all just in an attempt to make these have some tangible interesting info. It's an interesting concept, but I wouldn't put it past y'all.
