Wait so if you are were still in an allinace you wouldn't care if somebody started mass recruiting your members?

If they dont give you the respect you want, what will you do about it? since you are a "neutral" alliance, you wont go to war over it right? is there another option?
I'm pretty sure even if you are neutral you can stand up for yourself..
