without infra Purchase modifier (resources, gov type, factories)
assuming buy in batches of 10 infra at a time,
0 to 100 infra should be $102,800.00
Infra upkeep cost per unit $25.00
Total Infra upkeep cost $2,500.00
10 tech = $100k
from 0 to 200 infra should be $370,300.00
Infra upkeep cost per unit $32.00
Total Infra upkeep cost $6,400.00
20 tech = $100k+$150k = $250k
infra upkeep is calculated w/o taking into account the tech discount.
not sure whether is correct. if wrong don't blame me

one of you says that the military bonus max out at 300 tech, while the other says that it still have military purpose after 300.
so, which is correct?

i only know for sure that u can't buy infra and land, and u have to pay interest up to $5,000.
can u still buy tech, improvement, soldiers, tanks, aircraft, and CMs?

when u attack someone, they got defending bonus.
last time 50 tanks are enough to reduce the defender's bonus till the max 50% .
now u need 7500 tanks to reduce till the max 75%.
that's how i interpret it.
