yes he will be willing to change to orange. I will send out some messages and try and help that particular circle to be completed. UPN's preferred colour is purple, but they are multi-coloured.

I'm after a trade circle, on any colour, with almost any Bonus REsources.
Prefered is construction at least, and a uranium is a must.
I require uranium for me nukes lol, and would prefer to keep it, any other BR or resources is fine. I currently don't like my current circle, as it provides so little benefit compared to my other circles, so any circle that can provide better (which is any) would be good.
Colour does not matter.

I'd rather keep him, then search for a replacement. But yes, he has confirmed and said he'll try to be on, but he has limited internet access.

Yeh, I would be interested in 3mill/100 tech, but 3.5 takes an extra slot of money for 100. It aint easy to find tech sellers these days.

Now, I'm assuming this might be happening to other people as well, and I'm also assuming something went wrong in the downtime which caused this to happen, just thought I'd report it, and let you guys know.

I believe you have to wait 24 hours between attacks, but something went wrong
