  1. Hundreds of citizens gathered in People's Square in preparation for the re-establishment of the People's Republic of Zhongnanhai. School children lined the square holding banners with patriotic slogans like "Loyal to the Party" or "Long Live the People's Republic of Zhongnanhai" Citizens shook red roses over their head to show solidarity with the socialist cause. The military, or rather what was left of the military, assembled. This would be the first time the People's Liberation Army would march in People's Square since 2008. The tanks, the mechanized forces were all gone, all that was left were the People Militia, the People's Police/Armed Police, and a handful of infantry.

As the National Government appeared over the Revolutionary Gate the crowd burst in loud cheers, eventually the steady chant of "Long Live Zhongnanhai" took hold for several minutes before the crowd died down. Premier Huang stepped forth to the microphones.

"Comrades! Today the People's Republic of Zhongnanhai will reinstate its bid to become a world power! We will regain our lost lands, we will rebuild our economy, and we will reconstruct our defenses. We will show the world the successes of socialist mobilization. It has been nearly 2 years since the People's Republic has been seen as a legitimate power, and now a new generation of leaders will witness the rebirth of our socialist republic. Today I formally declare the re-formation of the People's Republic of Zhongnanhai, the National Government, and the Party! Long Live Marxist-Leninism-Mao ZeDong thought! Long Live Zhongnanhai! Long live our great people and the unity with the world!"

(Soldiers fiercely shout patriotic slogans throughout the parade)

With the completion of the speech to crowd burst into cheers; they were only silenced by the playing of the New National Anthem, a modified version of "The East is Red"

The military marched with new determination. Gone were the Type 95 bullpup rifles, the soldiers marched equipped with the old Type 81 rifles, bayonets attached, the Militia even worse off with their Type 56 (AK-47) equipped with folding spike bayonets. There was a new sense of determination, not just among the servicemen, but among every man, woman, and child that Zhongnanhai had a right to reclaim its place in the world. As the last boots stamped across the square, and the evening slowly came upon the nation, fireworks were shot off, mostly in red and yellow (the national colors), and throughout the country, neighborhoods had prepared feasts, with hopes it would raise the spirits of their inhabitants as Zhongnanhai prepared to rebuild.

  2. In response to the recent actions taken by Soviet Sindorin the Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing assured that Soviet Sindorin was in not in any danger of military action by the PRZ. We find it unusual that Soviet Sindorin would oppose the unification of China under Marxist-Leninism.

  3. ooc: are you fluent? or pathetically broken chinese (like me). Either way I am sorry this is going to be my first response to you.

IC: The PRZ is disappointed to see another rogue state pop up in China. As the New China Policy calls for, it is necessary for Zhongnanhai to move into position to contain this threat. Early in the afternoon the PLA mobilized onto Zhonganhai's southern border and prepared a defensive line. Along with an unknown number of Type 66 152mm guns have been positioned. Also every 3 hours a JZ-8 Recon. aircraft is sent over Beibanguo to survey their military capabilities.

Troops position an artillery piece. Although the party has refused to comment on whether or not a preemptive strike would be called, several foreign analysts believe that the PRZ will.

The Politburo applauds this step in Shillan military technology. This is a key step toward insuring stability in mainland Asia and peace from the Japanese Imperialists Movements that occasionally rise from the grave and attempt to wreak havoc on our peace loving nations. We hope Zhongnanhai, having recently expanded its nuclear arsenal, can help Shilla become part of the nuclear family in the future.

UPDATE - SOUTHERN REBEL SECT BAND TOGETHER, PLA MAY ISSUE HARSH RESPONSE

Recently the Southern Rebel Groups, opposing the New China Policy have recently banned together to prevent Zhongnanhai's expansion into Zhengzhou. Under command of the self proclaimed Marshal Li Bo the army numbers into the thousands and poses a larger threat to Zhongnanhai. In response the PLA have launched multiple artillery strikes into densely populated areas. During a press conference with the Premier, and members of the CMC, the Premier commented that "It would be most regrettable if Zhongnanhai was forced to resort to its nuclear arsenal to defeat this threat." This comes after news reports, though unconfirmed, showed that the PLA has begun a second wave of production to increase the size of the PRZ's nuclear stockpile. While the People's Daily applauded the move that Zhongnanhai would take the south by any means necessary, International New Agencys that were present sparked outcries throughout certain portion of South East Asia.

Zhongnanhai Liberty Press, an anti-socialist and anti-New China Policy newspaper, which was forced to move its HQ to Bangkok after the revolution wrote that "The thought of using Nuclear Weapons is unthinkable, and it is obvious that the PRZ is threatening the sovereignty of these smaller states." On the other hand the People's Daily said that this was a "Step toward unification, just like during the warring states period, someone has to unify the country under a strong rule to bring us forward, and Premier Huang and the Communist Party only share the interests with the workers. We must never rule out the possibility of a nuclear strike"

Li Zhaoxing, Minister of Foreign Relations, was quick to dodge questions and only released a single statement. "This is an internal issue of the People's Republic, not an issue of sovereignty."

(A new recruit waves happily as he prepares to leave the Shenyang Military Academy and go into active service)

Today, just a few weeks before Chairman Mao's Birthday, 1500 recruits from the Shenyang Military academy graduated. This is one of the first steps since the Liberation of Shenyang from the warlords as Zhongnanhai continues its successful "New China" Policy. The Central Military Commission has finally begun seeing results from the money spent on modernizing the People's Liberation Army. Many of Zhongnanhai's southern neighbors and the few remaining warlords voiced concerns as the PLA continues to move toward the Sino-Russian border. The CMC has made it clear that all military moved onto Chinese soil are considered legal under the New China Policy. However, they assured Shilla, a close friend and ally of Zhongnanhai, that they will uphold their agreement and the Korean Peninsula rightly deserves to be independent. As a move toward good will Zhongnanhai has lessen border control along the Zhongnanhai-Shilla border. Also the PLA will not cross into Russian territory and will stop at the border.

The Premier Huang has stated that part of Zhongnanhai's ICBM capabilities will be displayed during the parade scheduled on Chairman Mao's birthday.

  7. I am not in a clan. I don't want to permission to wipe my butt , i don't want permission to attack someone.

I am a noob, but i'm not the stupidest person in the world, of course I don't want any trouble from powerful alliances. My alliance is the Sacred Order of Poopie Woopies, soon to be feared by all.

Tell me some good stories about the spoils of war. Can you make a lot of money attacking ?

To answer your question about the benefits of war to be honest in many cases you end up spending more than you gain. However, in todays CN world it is common for nations to carry out "tech raids" that is they will ignore attacking infra and concentrate on grabbing as much cheap tech as possible. It's a good option for nations who are stronger and have to pay a butt load of money to buy a single level of tech. In terms of actual hard currency, you might get something but not much. Very few nations maintain a large treasury as once you collect taxes its a common practice to immediately invest it into infra, tech, land, improvements, or of course your armed forces. If you want you can probably sell the tech you gain from wars but I can only think of a few good reasons in doing so.

  8. You can grab money, land, and tech as you had said earlier. Also if you're feeling mean you can ZI them, that is reducing their infrastructure to 0. If you're just out to get money, land, and tech just launch tanks a soldiers. But if you wanna just leave nothing in your path use bombers and missiles to destroy extra infra.

Also Im kind of debating if this is in the wrong forum since this really doesnt have much to do with RP.

  9. COMMERCE #2: Prospective cash trade

If a nation (any nation) were to mobilize 80,000 Dinars as immediate liquid cash to the PDSAR, the economic ministry promises to repay the exchequer $100,000 in 4 days with a net gain of 20,000.

Along with the tech deal that has been offered the People's Republic of Zhongnanhai has pledged foreign aid of 100,000. Bringing the total sum to be sent to 1mil Yuan

OOC: No need to pay back obviously -SE- members always looks our for each other.

  10. Well then, I do not believe you can be labeled "National Socialist" Pride in ones Race is different from Racism which comes with National Socialism. I myself show Pride in the Chinese people. I believe that their has been misinformation between what defines National Socialism and What simply represents what (I believe) A pro-free market, moderate right wingers, thrown in with a little racial patriotism. A Conservative Alliance. Of Course Heil Frech your statement was rather short and again I may have misunderstood. But from what I here, you aren't quite a National Socialist.

  11. Well Heil Frech please explain what are you exactly? What do you preach because from the way you're sounding doesn't sound quite National Socialist to me. Since National Socialism embodies things like Fascism but also racism, and militarism as well. You seem more like a pacifist or something. So please make this clear for Im confused now. What exactly is your political thought?

  12. Well allow me to make this clear. I will try and be civil about this but the simple fact is you might find a few remaining Nazis here who'll trickle in but universally you'll get nothing and FCO will likely destroy you. Even NoV our resident Nordic, Fascist alliance makes it clear they do not support Nazism. This call will simply put your alliance under more fire from the public.

  13. Well no one likes a Nazi/National Socialist. Now, I have always supported a strong difference between Fascists and Nazi's. However National Socialism and Nazism is unanimous. This community has allowed the extreme right (i.e Fascists) and the extreme left (i.e Anarchist, specifically Anarcho-communists) to exist (though not always in harmony). I hate to break it to you mein National Socialist kamerad but Planet bob does have variety. Nazism is like an insect. If not killed early they somehow multiply. I wish FCO best of luck on their campaign against the National Socialists.

    -Lance Huang

Premier of the People's Republic of Zhongnanhai

  14. Actually you are mistaking GWIII and St Patrick's Day's war. We entered GWIII under the assumption that certain alliance would be joining us in fight against NoR, which in the end did not happen.

Whoops sorry then My memories blurred. My nations 552 days of existence were mostly played with the ICP and SWF so i've seen all the combat they've gone through.

  15. All due Respect Comrade SupCom Silent,

Our (By our I refer to the SWF) Entry in GWIII, If I recall correctly was a step to aid the LSF. It's been a while but we had much debate over whether to aid the LSF and we tried to maintain neutrality until we did decided to jump in on GWIII. You see although we took damage earlier a solid chunk of us (such as myself) came out relatively strong. So we popped out and hoped to gain a surprise on NoR. Yes, it is very true we weren't all fond of the LSF (as much of the Left seems to look strangely at our Libertarian and Anarchist comrades) but it came down to something that I believe -SE- disagrees with. A Communist is a Communist. Even if you add an Anarcho- to it its still, at its core, communism.

Anyways, although I disagree with some point it is a very extensive and well thought out essay.
