We Viridians heard that war is fun and all, but we decided that attacking defenseless nations isn't so much fun. So, we decided to attack each other, because nothing says camaraderie like attacking your comrades.
Alliances of Bob, I hope that you too decide to tech raid your own alliance nations, because it's fun, and all.

Anything but that since, when presented with the option of ending the war or fighting back, not peacing out and laying down arms doesn't make sense at all.
Peacing out and laying down arms after you were wrongfully attacked is cowardice.
By suggesting that your opponent will do that, you call him a coward.

Londo did not state this at all in his announcement. The raiders executed a couple of ground attacks each and sent peace offers, awaiting for a response from the Knights of Ni! They explicitly provide the option of ceasing the conflict immediately or continuing it.

You pressed the "declare war" button. That's called declaring war. You declared war without a reason, other than your amusement.

Ooh, another scathing post from an intelligent social commentator.
The heart of this discussion is based around many of your beliefs that we are abusing a defenseless, tiny alliance. We are raiding them knowing full well that they have every right to react and put some form of hurt on us.
You may then argue that we would then use our superior numbers and allies to destroy them and that doing so would be wrong. If they were to fully retaliate, what kind of alliances would we be if we didn't protect our members?
It has been brought up that the key purpose of any alliance is to provide protection. If KofN is unable to do so, then are they really even an alliance?
So basically what you're saying is that
Athens: Hi I want to steal your tech. What I am doing is completely morally justified because you aren't a real alliance, and if you retaliate to our attack, you're in the wrong.
Am I correct?

I couldn't care less about Athens rolling defenseless micros, I'm just contributing to the thread. The new trend is to hate Athens, I can't call myself a CNer if I don't follow the newest trends like a sheep.
