  1. So this is why NPO kept GATO under viceroy for so long- otherwise they have to attempt to manufacture PR through obvious fakes. In retrospect, maybe they needed more enslaved alliances- they'll need a lot more good PR than this.

  2. Voted only the first on the first question, single ZI to the second, and STT for the third. Really though, the third depends on what the info is to some extent- recieving logs of top-secret gov talks about major alliance happenings is different from, say, info on warchests. The "Classified" seems to imply a slightly more serious offense than what actually has happened recently.

  3. Even a seemingly frozen river has current underneath, just because you can't see the change does not mean that it does not exist. Your Order is simply a rock in the river, changing the course of a small portion of the flow, not the over all current, or at least that is my take on the NSO.

    Is change always happening? Certainly. But often it takes a catalyst for a reaction to take place, and the New Sith Order is that catalyst. By seeking to forge our own policies which do not merely imitate others, we accelerate change by creating new precedents for how alliances should be run.
