    Before we get to the announcment, we would to like publicly state that we have absolutely nothing against DB4D, as we actually have just started getting to know each other. However, due to the unfortunate effects of the treaty web combined with global politics, we find ourselves facing each other on the field of battle. We wish our opponents the best in what we hope to be a fair and honorable fight.

    That being said, in defense of MCXA, the North Atlantic Defense Coalition activates "The Blood-Ice Accords" and declares war on Death Before Dishonor.

  2. Protection Announcement for the RDD AA

    It is with sorrow that the NADC bids farewell to RDD, one of our allies of long standing. We've been through a lot together and we will always have a special place for you all in our hearts.

    As a parting token of our friendship, the NADC, as authorized below by the AtlanticCouncil, is protecting the RDD AA for the next 30 days while our friends at the Rubber Ducky Division decide where to go from here.

    I'm glad to see so many responses.

    How would you feel about a return of BLEU?

    How would the NADC respond to an application from the New Polar Order to join the Agora Accords?

    How does the NADC (and subsequently, the Agora group) plan on reaching out and convincing blue alliances (and theoretically, red alliances emot-v.gif) that Agora is worth their time?

    How many tech deals have been done through Agora so far, if such a figure is known to you?

    Does the NADC support the expansion of Agora Accords into other spheres? If so, which, and why? If not, why not?

    I think that BLEU and Agora could coexist. BLEU seemed to lean towards military cooperation (IMO) whereas Agora is more about economic cooperation. Some alliances value the military aspect of CN more than the economic aspect so I definitely see room for multiple groups in the Blue Sphere.

    We would evaluate an NpO application just like any other applicant. The NADC has had its differences with NpO in the past, but that shouldn't preclude them from being a member of Agora.

    I think the fact that NPO (Red Sphere) is a member should be a signal that we would consider non-blue nations for Agora. As far as the questions specific to Agora, I will have to defer to Watchman on those at the present time.

    I think Agora has benefitted the NADC in many ways. It has helped us make a lot of new friends and get closer to the friends that we already had. It also gives us legitimacy in the eyes of the CN community (IMO). People always question whether a single alliance all by itself can be a player on the CN stage. For a long time the NADC was that type of nation. With being a founding member of Agora, it shows that the other signatories trust and respect us which will show the rest of the CN universe that the NADC can be trusted and counted upon.

    As far as why you should join Agora? I think that there is a lot to gain (meet an awesome group of people, access to tech sellers/buyers, trade circle possibilities). My question would be...why wouldn't you want to join??

    We are getting new members to join all of the time...the problem is that a lot of the new nations don't seem to have any motivation to grow. We explain all of the benefits of growth, but it doesn't seem to help. I'm sure that all alliances experience the same problem to some degree. We have implemented some new initiatives in the membership process that I hope will go a long ways toward solving this problem...

    Greetings! I am BoSox Nation, NADC Secretary General. Most of you do not who I am so I wanted to give everyone the opportunity to find out more about me. I started out as the NADC Finance Minister and then became Deputy Secretary General. During our last election cycle, I won a hard fought SecGen race. While I should have introduced myself a lot sooner, I am not going to dwell on what should have been done. I would like to hear from everyone out there, whether it be questions, comments, or rants (because they are fun to read).

    I look forward to hearing from everyone!!!!

    Congrats to everyone involved. I look forward to a Blue Sphere where problems are resolved diplomatically.
