[Foreign Aid bug]

No, it didn't give an error message. I thought there was a little box at the bottom, right above "Confirm Aid Offer" and "Submit Foreign Aid". The little box would have asked for something, I think it was asking for my password. I thought for any aid offer, the system asks for people to enter their passwords as the verification code.

My nation currently has 2 wonders. One of them is the "Disaster Relief Agency" wonder. That gives my nation another aid slot. I currently have 5 foreign aid approved and 1 slot that is available because of the "Disaster Relief Agency" wonder. When I try to send aid to someone, the validation code box is not showing. I think I'm supposed to see the validation code box so I can put what's required in there.

To join, just reply to the post. My alliance wants trade circles to have a majority(4) of GDA members but since this is a team circle that has uranium as a resource, this circle can have less that 4 GDA members.
