Personally, I won't pay over $18mil or equivalent because I feel it costs more to tie up all of my aid slots. It's not about the money; it's about the slots.
This is the main reason I brought this up. If I could send out 18mil in one slot then I wouldn't mind so much lol

Some of you will remember the days when donations cost just 3mil. I wish to open up discussion on the rise from 3mil up to 21mil.
Why has this happened?
Is it mid-range nations bumping them up trying to get in on the donation selling to? (one point I have seen raised)
Should something be done about it? Can something be done about it?

The Forever Shall You Float AgreementArticle I – Bobbing along like buddies
Signatories agree to resolve any and all disputes in a private setting and in a respectful manner becoming of allies. By entering into this pact both signatories retain complete sovereignty.
Article II - Military and Diplomatic Provisions
i. An attempt to sink Rubber Ducky Division is considered an attempt sink Echelon own flotilla.
ii. The Rubber Ducky Division must notify Echelon of all actions with other dweller of the bath we know as Bob (OWF official statements, treaty signings, and war declarations) a minimum of 48 hours before they take place.
Article III - Non-military Assistance
i. Echelon affirms its commitment to providing aid in the form of alliance documents, programs, tools, bubble bath and financial aid. The Rubber Ducky Division acknowledges that distribution of such information and liquids to other groups without permission is expressly forbidden.
Article IV – Tech Raiding
i.Rubber Ducky Division agrees to follow the rules, as outlined by Echelon, on acquiring new equipment to enhance there swimming abilities within the bath.
Article V - Cancellation
i. This treaty may be canceled for any reason with 48 hours notice.
ii. This treaty is automatically dissolved (48 hour notice not necessary) should Rubber Ducky Division directly violate any of the provisions listed above.

Noooo!!!! Now everyone knows he suxors at warring!! But Actually we passed a law in Echelon forcing him to use a calc when prepping a deployment so that don't happen again
I do remember that proposal, don't think it was made law. I'll suggest it, we need a lulzy law.

It was a lesson. I never thought Caffine was petty and underhanded enough to make this happen. Underestimated his asshattedness.
funny thing is Caff had no involvement in the decision and yet it was still a resounding yes vote from all LC members. Was this due to facts being taken into consideration by the LC or some tin hat foil stuff?
I'll leave that to the CN community to make their own minds up on

To the OP, would you care to provide proof that the blue sphere has become unstable because as far as I can tell it's exactly the same. Actually, despite the loss of bleu's influence it's just as strong as ever. We've been working with more blue alliances in the last few weeks then ever before.
I'd also be interested in hearing this. I for one have heard and seen much more from many more blue alliances in recent times than before.
