First few pages were alright, Sam knows how to bring in the laughs.. This stat stuff isn't exactly so enthralling.

Pieman, NADC did NOT formulate this. It was planned by NPO during the war as a way to undermine and BLEU and take its spot among Blue sphere alliances while BLEU was down. NADC was in full support of BLEU during the war. As Magnet said, I remeber countless hours spent debating if we should allow them to activate there treaty with us. Watchman was insta-querying me when ever i got on IRC. He wanted to jump into the fight. NPO got NADC onboard then approached GDA. Its a surprise they arent the new member. But I have a feeling that is coming soon anyway.
... I was the one who made GDA and NADC stay out of the war, there was no reason for them to get rolled. Either way that is completely irrelevant.

It is in high demand by almost anyone, we're wondering why UBD was drawn into this bloc when over 80% of alliances in the game are in need of tech sellers.
Well thats why they signed this treaty isn't it? To get sole possession of UBDs sellers, while UBD is guaranteed unlimited buyers. I don't see how this disproves my point.
Was the NPO unwilling to trade with those few nations beforehand? (And literally, I got ~60 even once factoring in MCXA's which I screwed up looking for, before. Out of literally ~1000 nations, that's paltry.)Check any of the larger nations on the red sphere that are there for the protection, and not part of NPO. They are all missing a trade, or do not have perfect trades, because NPO will not put them into trade rings, unless its absolutely necessary. Its called priority, you give it to your members, and your friends.

For some reason when I searched "Multicolored Cross-X Alliance Red" no nations came up.
Still, my point stands, there are 58 red nations in Agora, and none of them are in UBD.
Which is why I said UBD is there to provide tech. Tech can be traded across any color.

Pie Man, I have no idea what rock you've been living under. This has been in the works since well before the war was over, when NADC was considering activating their MADP with SOLID and entering the war on the side of BLEU.
Back when you and I decided that this was truly not their war and they needn't enter, and dissuaded them from doing so.

I recall quite well. It was a treaty I advocated. Why don't you go to NADC, and ask them, whether or not they asked NPO to join their bloc. This was not in the works until AFTER the war.
Pie Man, when you start to defend a major economic bloc by saying that there are "a few" (meaning less than 10) nations who can fill in circles on a sphere other than blue, the sphere that this treaty is supposedly promoting, it becomes pretty obvious to the world that you're simply brown-nosing so you can get a biscuit from your masters.Hah? See my previous post, i only pulled up 3 alliances blue signatories of Agora, and i got 60+ red nations.

There are a lot of reasons for an economic bloc. But the fact is that out of 2200 nations, Blue alliances in Agora only have 8 red nations. 0 of which are in UBD.

You mean all eight non-NPO Agora nations in red?
They have a few red nations that could help fill NPOs trade circles, and vice versa.

Encouraging trading on other spheres is a brilliant way to promote sphere unity.
...do you not see that there are non-red nations in NPO, and non-blue nations in NADC/MCXA/Echelon, etc. who can trade together?
And if you think that a blue nation joining a red trade circle is a good idea then perhaps you need to re-evaluate your economic aproach.I said RED nations in UBD, a predominately blue alliance, can NOW trade with NPO, a predominately RED alliance.
I have been reading, it's that you just haven't been reading in-depth. As someone from Agora said, it's best to keep deals within the alliance and when you don' thave enough sellers you venture out of that mold. Now are you going to sit here and tell me that NPO with all the economic treaties they have live and die on UBD?I never said that. I said current signatories are not fulfilling Agora's need for tech. Enter UBD, an alliance that can increase the number of tech sellers, which will help fix this mold.

I didn't say anything about where the idea originated. I said that NPO was a major player in the creation of a blue team economic bloc, which does not make much sense.
What I meant to say is that NADC created this bloc, they organized it and THEY approached other members, and had asked people to join.

They even admitted the NPO does not engage in major trade circles with the rest of the blue alliances. And the tech deals between the NPO and the other sinatories of Agora is 3 in total.
Obviously you haven't been reading. The problem is that they have no TECH SELLERS, which is why NPO cannot buy tech. But with the recent addition of UBD, a tech selling alliance, they will now be able to buy tech.
Also, for the trade part, it is basically stating that all the red nations in these predominantly blue sphere alliances will be able to join NPOs red sphere circles. And vice versa. No alliance (over 30 members) is 100% blue, or 100% red for that matter.

You know, if this was built to be a power bloc, it was pretty silly to make it an ODP. What a tragic oversight. See, BLEU, now that was a proper-formed power bloc, with the whole MADP thing and crushing any alliance they saw as unsuitable to the color.
Isn't the guy in question, iClean, currently being ZIed for spying AGAIN under a re-roll? BLEU obviously was right on the ball with that one.

The Agora Accords was an idea that originated from NADC. Get your facts straight,

That's good, I was worried that One Vision, Continuum, Ring Cycle, and the regular treaty between NPO and MCXA might not be enough. Nice to know that this optional defense clause will ensure MCXA's protection.What are GR's treaties again?
