Dated January the 12th and this is your next RP post so I think that is a lot more than 20 days between posts thus your nation was out of the RP due to the inactivity rule. sorry
I would love to have more active NPO players in the game to advance my storyline considerably and greatly benefit me in game, but I like to see certain standards of minimum activity. And as I have said before CNRP is a game of many aspects and wars is only one of those aspects. If you want to play in CNRP then make some posts about other aspects of your nation. They do not have to be big posts, just a minimal amount of effort is required and it will keep you from getting hit with the inactivity rule.
OOC: I have already stated that I made posts February 1st, 11th, and 13th. As well as some throughout January. Never very much but I never exceeded 20 days, and I was just trying to keep my nation alive so once the winter came to an end and I had more time, I would still have something to work with.

Personally I would not allow an inactive to join for just a war, These nations have absolutely zero RP history so they can not possibly have a IC reason for declaring war or support for anyone.
OCC: my nation is a protectorate of UFE via The El Fuego Pepquifina Treaty. Article III alone is reason enough for my support of UFE.

[OOC]Actually, I posted Feb. 1st, Feb 11th, and Feb 13th. Also, I have RP'd building up my millitary much before, through purchases from UFE and Malatose's nation.
My winter was busy and I didn't have as much time to dedicate to RP'ing. No I should be gettting some free time to RP more.[/OCC]

All Tuland military forces are now in a State of Readiness. All of our new equipment is prepped and ready for use at any moment. Military Intel Personnel are being focused directly on the progression of this situation.

In addition, Tuland will buy 30 F-60s, 5 B-8 and 5 Tupolov squadrons, --- 15 of the 40 total are done?
along with 200 Razorstorm ATV (Armored Tracked Vehicle)'s. (Done)

Joint Update from TAF and TIC
Authorized by Amir Cabur (TAF) and Tomar Polt (TIC)
Recently the top officials of both the Tuland Air force, and the Tuland Intelligence Committee, met in Kandahar for their quarterly meeting. Here Amir Cabur, Commander of Armed Forces, released the details of TAF's aircrafts. It was established that construction of 55 F-16 "Fighting Falcon's" and 5 B-1 "Lancer's" has begun in a confidential location in Tuland. These planes will be held in reserve status.
In a joint effort, both TAF and TIC have announced the founding of the S.P.A.R (Solar Powered Aerial Reconnaissance) project. These unmanned aerial vehicles will act as satellites which stay in the atmosphere and can be moved to the areas deemed necessary. The goal is to help increase our environmental research capabilities, and provide higher quality communication for our military. This project has just begun research, and the first prototypes do not have an estimated time of arrival, at this point in time.
We will bring updates on the production and research of these products as we find necessary.

Alright, thank you. I'm new and didn't quite know all the rules, please excuse my ignorance.

I come before you today to announce the new nation of Tuland. In our early stages, our Emperor, Khaled Demar, has made it a point to establish a strong economy, which is largely focused on natural gas, and petroleum. In our major cities of Kabul, and Kandahar, we are hard at work to establish and grow our miliary, and are looking into developing other machinery, both military and domestic, such as airplanes, and more advanced cars, weapons, and tanks.
Now to give a quick breakdown of our Francoist Government:
