The Dominion is entering a State of Readiness effective immediately. At least 300,000 of her troops will be mobilized, as well as her tanks totaling up to 3,000. Dominion's 6 squadrons of bombers and fighters are ready to take off.

The Dominion of Velvika will be transporting 150,000 armed personnel and 1,500 tanks and armored vehicles to the UFE along with 30 fighter-planes and 5 bomber-planes. Once there, all Dominion Military Personnel/Vehicles will be under the command of the UFE. The troops will be moved via Dominion and UFE West Aircraft.

"Greetings to all citizens of the world! It has been my humble task to officially declare our existence in the midst of all these chaos that we are struggling to live through.
We are the Dominion of Velvika. We currently house approximately 5,519,400 civilians, with most of them being refugees. Though we strongly recommend being a militaristic-type country, we only hold the manpower of 200,000.
Our country is rich in tradition, soil, and technology. We look forward to growing tremendously in many years that we have ahead of us. Due to a handful amount of neighboring influences, we hold a Franco-Democratic government, as well as a Capitalist economic system.
So come, all eyes that may be interested in foreign affairs! We are open for any trade deals, foreign negotiations, and whatnot."
