  1. I am discussing facts not perspective or theoretical motivations. Whether or not TPF intended to exploit the wording and whether or not PC was justified in breaking the treaty because of the "forced" signing (I put quotations around forced since it was not actually forced but instead a choice you made in order to get out of other terms earlier then you would have) are a matter of opinion and can be debated as such.

Your alliance mate b3x decided to come in here and say that it was a fact that PC did not break the treaty which is blatantly false and what I was arguing against in the post you quoted.

Fact can not be determined without understanding the intent. Currently, if I understand correctly, there has been some discussion of who is able to send aid in payment of reps for another alliance. The intent of the peace treaty is being made the rule to the dismay of some that it was not spelled out more clearly in the actual treaty. We see the same thing here in understanding what the intent of the treaty was in how it can be canceled by either of the parties involved.

  2. Cancelling a treaty is not the same as breaking a treaty. Breaking the treaty means that you did something not legally allowed by the terms of teh treaty, which is what PC did.

PC did not follow the terms of the treaty which I have already proven and you seem to refuse to refute since it is not convenient for your argument or because you can't.

While some people may read the treaty the way you have described the one thing they lack is the perspective of being forced to sign the treaty, and then wondering what kind of screwed up statement that is about breaking it makes it null and void. It is not a far leap to then think this was written to make it easy for TPF to cancel the treaty by attacking PC at a moments notice. Of course TPF has denied that and swear that was never their intent but it was how it was read by us in PC. We can only act on information according to how we interpret it. Since we were the first to attack it will never be known outside of a small circle of people in TPF what their intent really was. How we read their intent has been made perfectly clear.

  3. Not couldn't....didn't want to.

You miss my point, in the days of flimsy CBs, just the fact that we said you recruited was more than enough and with the support of tC....which was overwhelming, would have had zero PR fallout.

Which is why most of us in PC were so paranoid of TPF. The constant threat that you could just use your word and no proof was enough to make the common member very wary and eager to see that threat eliminated. Forgive us for ridding our world from the threat of a flimsy CB. I doubt that our alliances will ever trust each other but the blame can not be laid solely on our door step when you admit flimsy CBs were the order of the day. Ending a NAP on a technicality with an alliance who admits to using flimsy reasons for war seems fully justified to this nation.

  4. Actually Avalon's top tier currently in peace mode were originally Avalon's middle tier. Avalon's top provinces have been in the fight from the opening festivities. Avalon's government leads from the front, and aims to take a greater proportion of the damage. We suceeded thus far having taken an average of over 16 nukes a piece and thus are no longer at the top level of our country. Happens when you get the unhealthy green glow. :lol1:

Those in the mid ranks were sent to peace mode and thus now currently sit at the top, though they would not claim to be banks (as we don't run banks), rather they would claim to be (begrudgingly) following orders. We are quite proud of them as much as those who fight as every Lord of Avalon has been following the island's battle plans.

Then bring them out now so they can fight. Since you are so sure they would follow your orders.

  5. Actually, if I remember correctly, Echelon came about from a merger after the UJP war. I was thinking about this just the other day and I'll be damned if I can remember who merged with who. This getting old stuff sucks. lol

You are technically right max, but that happened so close that it was Echelon who we dealt with for peace/terms.

  6. TPF will not disband. For all your koolaid drinking rapster crap, we are by far the stronger alliance for we have something to live for outside of the petty hate required to sustain PC.

I never got the koolaid! And I am not a rapster, I do not think that is even a word. I am not here making wild allegations about you or the people in your alliance and I suggest you give me the same respect by not giving the false impression that you know something about me or the other members of PC and what we live for. It could be these publicly announced, misinformed opinions about my teammates and our character that have ended in this war being fought between our two alliances.

Or it could be we just like to shoot nukes.

  7. Oh please.

It's a farking worthless treaty....a god damned NAP, FFS.

Boo Hoo, the meanies at PC broke our NAP....I say GOOD, give em all we got, we wanted that door open, they kicked it down.

    Unleash hell boys.

I've been in nuke anarchy for 2 weeks and I can't wait to get one of those !@#$%^&*.....maybe Kal, for old times sake.....I should drop down near his range in a bit....ahahahahahaha.....im comin fer u Kal.

/me salutes JBone. Then fires a nuke his way :D
