    Well, its true that it's hard to start a successful alliance these days... but it would be so boring if we all joined a major alliance and forgot about small and mid-sized alliances. Also, keep in mind that every alliance started small, believe it or not (yes, even NPO).

    I'm looking to set up a permanent trade circle with other purple nations that would provide 3 bonus resources, Construction , Fast Food and Beer (Big 3). This is one of the best Trade Circles around.

    -8% Aircraft cost

    +10 Aircraft limit

    -19.7% Infra upkeep

    -$1 Soldier upkeep

    -12.6% Tank upkeep

    -60% Nuke upkeep

    -24% Navy upkeep

    -25% Aircraft upkeep

    A good balanced set for growth and military and also allows you to maintain nukes later on.
