Please replace New Pacific Order with Molon Labe, they're the only ones who are doing any real damage (to me at least), as opposed to NPO. Hell i can point you to some NPO bill locked nations already.

I'd like to repost this policy as it seems someone has made the choice of spying one of our nations.
Molon Labe will not use spies against any nation, unless already at war with that nation. Any Molon Labe nation found to be using spies without an approved Declaration of War will face punishment up to, and including expulsion, and placement on our permanent hit list.Any use of spies against a Molon Labe nation shall be considered an act of war, and the nation sending the spies shall be subject to the same treatment as any other attacker. Diplomacy will be attempted, but shall in no way replace our nation's rights to self defense.
In short, we shall spy on no one in peace, and expect no one to send spies against us in peacetime.
In other words: if we find out who you are, you are going to pay.
