    well if any of you have read my posts im not much for grammer or public speaking, but i can honestly say that when i joined this alliance (argo) i assumed it to be just another allaince to mooch of of for a while then leave like pervious ones, but as i met the people in the allaince i started to realize that argo is a home, almost a lifestyle to me, and truh all of the wonderful things you said about me are reflections that you are just a really great person, if you wanted to you could easily name off things i did that youd disaprove of, btu all in all i think we got off pritty good for the time we knew each other and it is truely a sad day for I and all of argo, all i can say is that i hope weve made as much of an impact on you as you have on us, and although i cannot read all our massive letter at this time, im sure all the people in this list have been impacted by you the very same way you impacted all of us, and i will once again say that along with me im sure you enspired many people in this alliance dispite some of your views that some didnt agree with. and you were always one to keep me busy with your giant walls of words. so i will say for the final time, good-bye and goodluck. and if you ever have an extra 10 mins, and a computer come visit us in the argo room.

    Purchasing nukes still works as it always has, the only difference is that nations with the Manhattan Project can develop nuclear weapons even if they are below the 5% threshold. Those above 5% do not need the wonder. All other existing requirements for nukes will remain in effect.

    well i could be wrong, but if a nation went into nuclear war, couldn't it be used so they could still buy nuclear weapons even if attacks caused them to drop below 5% thye could still buy nukes, there fore letting them keep fighting?

    is there a reason why admin wont add navy to the game? it would be great, like aircraft carriers could let you have more planes, battleships could destroy enemy boats and crap. radar boats could increase cruise missle accuaracy. we have land and air, why not finish the circle. mods, feel frre to lock if you ahve an answer. this is not a complaint this is more less a simple question or a suggestion.
