1. they must have the most members recruited in the alliance other then the .. in commands. say the advisor of recruitment has more members recruited then the head of recruitment. the advisor of recruitment would then take over the head of recruiment position

2.they are required to send messages every night if posible

3. they must get 1 member every 30 days

head of military

1. they must be over the strength of 500.001

2. they must be able to be cousouse in war and know how to react to war

3.makes shure every one is strong

4 checks on wars

head of finance

1. must be careful with money

2. makes shure every one spend there money properlt

3. comes up with ideas to benifit aid the most

head of trade and aid

1. they must be able to send at least 50,000 to people a day if needed

2. must come up with different ways of trades and situate trade circles.

3.must work with head of finance nicely
