TTK entered because we asked them to.
Regarding the PIAT talked about in the OP; we organized this war on short notice (like, 15 hours), wiki listed a PIAT but TTK had no records of it because it was scrapped after the KIX merge; we didn't know. TTK included the logs because they felt that even if the treaty did stand to this day, CCC had long violated it by taking potshots at their government over their OOC beliefs.

Well said. Amazing how many people are focusing on our "so called" breaking of a treaty that didn't exist...when in fact all we were doing was upholding one that did exist. Seems too many people just like to hear themselves talk for the sake of seeming important, when in fact they are running around with half the facts and hear say...but apparently don't care they are ignorant of the facts.

i would have to say TTK disagree with you since even they stated the treaty was still in affect just prior to Key's comments. as for merging, most often it is not if some alliance merges into TTK (since TTK did keep their name and IIRC most of their gov stayed the same) but if TTK and some alliance were to merge, have a new name and a new gov.
so in my eyes, TTK is disgusting. Yes, Key made a bad statement. but an apology or something should have been asked for. not this, "HEH, YOUSE SAID MEAN THANGS TA ME. ME GOES TO WAR NAO WIT YOU OVER DEM" type bs we see with TTK.
well at least now we see the true caliber of TTK. yes you honored all but one of your treaties. that one you spat on the moment you could brownface even deeper into 1V's/Q side.
TTK Merged equally with KIX to a point. We kept the TTK name but moved to the KIX forums..and Government was split, and to be honest, I could care less what it is "most often"....what I care about is how it was worded in the treaty. Just because we mutually agreed to keep the same name, doesn't make what it was any different.
Now that you have the missing information...you can continue being discusted by whatever you wish....I won't lose any sleep.

The Christian Coalition of Countries is pleased to announce a PIAT with The Templar Knights:TTK – CCC PIAT
This treaty is signed by the Templar Knights Alliance and the Christian Coalition of Countries in good faith in a spirit of mutual trust, cooperation, and friendship.
Sovereignty
Both alliances shall treat the other as independent and sovereign entities.
Non-Aggression
Both alliances shall encourage peace and cooperation between themselves. Nations from either alliance are forbidden to attack or cause to be attacked a nation from the other alliance. If such an event does occur the offending nation must immediately pay reparations, the amount to be decided upon by representatives of the two alliances. Failure to do so within 72 hours will result in the immediate termination of this treaty. Spying, either by collecting private information on alliance forums or by the use of spies in-game, is also forbidden and the offender must be punished (the type of punishment to be decided upon by representatives of the two alliances). Again, failure to do so within 72 hours will result in the immediate termination of this treaty.
Intelligence
If either alliance receives information on possible security threats to the alliance, such information must be passed on immediately.
Aid
If one of the alliances is at war they may request aid from the other alliance. If such a request is made the other is highly encouraged, though not forced, to send financial aid.
Equally Binding
Both alliances shall be equally bound to honor the terms of the treaty for as long as it shall remain in effect.
Termination
If either alliance desires to terminate this treaty, notice must be given 72 hours in advance. The dissolution of either alliance, or the merging of either alliance with a third party, will result in the automatic termination of this treaty.

If you take note to the bold section under "Termination", you can plainly see that it says that upon either alliance merging with a third party, this treaty is automatically terminated. Which means, since TTK merged with KIX about 5 months ago, this treaty was canceled before this conversation with Wiccan even took place.

It plainly states that this treaty will be automatically terminated if either alliance merges with a third party. TTK merged with KIX AFTER this was made. So, actually, this PIAT was terminated by that action. Either way...it doesn't exist...plain and simple.

It come to our attention that the three signatories of this treaty believe they can steal such intellectual property from me as 'revolving around' and the idea for this clause: 'The exception of course is if one signatory is about to get beat-down and the other wants to get in the good graces of the other side.' and pass it off as their own work.

I am proud to have been a part of and placed my name upon this awesome or not awesome treaty to mark all treaties, in time, within the time tables of awesomeness, whether or not it is allowed by the gods of Bob, or hereby failed into failness of fail....with pie...and other stuff not mentioned above. I'd also like to thank Thor for the time he took out of his life to

I recently got an event that I had a choice of $2.00 per person or +2 environment. Since the global radiation is so bad, I chose Environment...but it never changed. So I pretty much lost out all the way around. Is there is reason why I didn't get the +2 enviroment?
