you missed one of the biggest things I've learned from this war as it relates to rogues. go ahead and attack the top nations or anyone you want to hurt. the bigger the better, after you have declared then sell off your infra, you are going to loose it anyhow. Spy attacks are all based on NS not on actual wars, so even if you are in a war with 3 people if you drop down low enough in NS that only people with few spies and CIA's can try to spy away your nukes, and it will never happen if you have a CIA and 800 spies.
then if you have a Manhattan and uranium as your base resource you can happily nuke people un molested for 10 days buying and launching.

I love this thread.
I've never had a conversation with the Wife about CN yet, however I do catch myself missing alot of sleep waiting to buy nukes at midnight.
