The situation has been resolved. Thanks for the advice. If by private channels you mean IRC, it doesn't work for me for some reason, but I did use in-game messaging as well. I was just using all the resources available to me.

Navegane, a former CIS nation who is now a 1V POW, was just attacked by two nations from NPO.

1V promised that we would be protected while we were their POWs, and I would like to see that promise upheld, especially when the attacks are coming from their own nations.
Who should be contacted about this?

Finally someone with sense. It makes me depressed when I see NPO and their lapdogs controlling CN. Eventually NPO will most likely slowly turn on its allies and pick them off one by one.

Strykewolf was the person who should've been leading CIS. Having known him for a long time, I can safely say that

By the way, I thought Polaris was protecting former CIS.
So did I, but when I asked I got this:
"CIS no longer exists, so neither do any treaties we have with them."
Does this mean that if CIS had stayed together, Polaris would have helped us fight NPO?

I feel for you, Zero, but you're not being ground to a pulp by three nations, so just wait for surrender terms to be offered.
Trust me, you'll last longer in peace then I will in war.
Personally, I suggest that you just take the attacks like most other people. If you want a good example, look to Strykewolf.
As I remember, you under my command in Echo Battalion, so you won't have that much to build back up.
