The “Very Best Of The Eagles” Accord
In the interest of continued friendship, peace, and huggling, both Invicta (“Life In The Fast Lane”) and Meritokrati (“New Kid In Town”) agree to the following terms:
Article I – “Victim of Love”Both signatories agree to honour and respect the sovereignty of the other signatory and to huggle them as often as possible.
Article II – “Take It To The Limit”
Neither alliance shall engage in or endorse military action against the other signatory. If a member nation of either signatory alliance is found to have initiated war with a member nation of the other signatory, they will be ordered to offer peace and reparations equivalent to the total damages inflicted plus ten (10) percent. Defending nations shall not retaliate unless otherwise notified. Should an offending nation refuse to offer peace and fulfill the terms of reparations determined by this pact they will be declared a rogue by their respective alliance and handled according to the policies of the victim's alliance. The now declared rogue is thereafter removed from any and all huggling activities.
Article III – “Peaceful Easy Feeling”
Both signatory alliances agree not to engage in or endorse spy actions against a member nation of the other signatory. They also agree to inform the other of information of a particularly malicious content towards the respectful signatory. Accordingly, huggling must ensue.
Article IV – “Love Will Keep Us Alive”
Both alliances vow to uphold an Open Door (and Open Arms) Policy with eachother. Tech trading, resource trading, general aid, and huggling shall be allowed to flow like the honey in the Promised Land.
Article V – “After The Thrill Is Gone”
Should either signatory decide that this treaty is to become void, the withdrawing alliance must notify the other via diplomatic channels 48 hours before the treaty is discarded. During this time, both signatories have the option of negotiating sessions of angry huggling followed by the awkward break-up huggle.

Invicta Announcement
With great please i'd like to annouce that the great alliances of Invicta and NOI have signed the following treaty:
PIATThis treaty is between the New Order of Independence (NOI) and Invicta. The purpose of this pact is to enhance the bond between the two alliances. Both signatories agree to the following terms:
Article 1
This article does not affect the sovereignty of either signatory alliance or member nations.
Article 2
No member of either signatory may declare war on a member of the other signatory alliance. Any member at war with a nation from the other signatory alliance must declare peace and offer reparations within 48 hours. If the nation violating this article refuses to offer peace and/or reparations then an acceptable response is the expulsion to the violating nation from their alliance.
Article 3
If either signatory alliance is attacked, they may request aid from the other signatory alliance. The requested alliance is not obligated to send aid, however, they are strongly encouraged to do so. A period of 48 hours is set for the requested alliance to respond to the request. It should be not that both signatories should consider other documents that may prevent the request being fulfilled.
Article 4
Both alliances agree to share intelligence that may affect the other signatory alliance. This includes information relating to the security of either alliance and non-emergencies.
Article 5
Both alliances agree to not spy on the other. This is also covered by article 4, where both alliances should inform the other about any potential spies in the alliance.
Article 6
This treaty can be cancelled by either signatory alliance with 48 hours of written notice.

These peace offers were NOT accepted by the other player

The "Rat Pack" alliance is a splinter group of nations formed from the Illuminati war. This group independantly declared on several nations involved on the CDT side of the conflict and as such have been placed on Perma-ZI lists.
These nations have also been in recept of AID which in itself is an act of agression against Invicta and also quite possibly CDT and SF.
Reqests have been made to sanction these nations however, we understand that sanctions against nations of this size isn't necessarily practical.
We would like to make it clear that we consider any aid being sent to any Rat Pack alligned nation is being taken extremely seriously and cannot be tollerated.
