    Ok, so now that AC was on notice to the potential issues with attacking a nation with the AA of 'none' they became more careful. And though you disagree with MA over the issue, it doesn't interfere with your relations. That's a great attitude, and one which I saw more of, the fact that you can disagree, yet continue an excellent relationship - well done (and I truly mean this without sarcasm, as noted in the intro, I have no issue at all with any of the parties in this matter).

    The only thing I would point out here is 'who my allies associate with...' might be a little hypocritical in the current context. However, this is really trivial.

    So they act when politically and militarily feasible. And how is this any different from the very nature of tech raiding? Alliances don't allow it because it's politically and military unfeasible, do they? I think the answer is apparent, it's politically and militarily to attack those with the designation of 'none.'

    Now here, I'm going to have to dispel the propaganda and rewrite it to reflect the reality: what is a 'hit and run' attack? Is that possible? My understanding is both sides need to declare peace before it's over. Once they 'hit' they really can't run, unless the nation they 'hit' lets them do so. So what we're really talking about is a group gathering around a man who's known for declaring war. Isn't that what every alliance leader does at some point? I've done it, I paid a hell of a price, but sometimes that's what we do, declare war. And isn't that exactly what you've done yourself here? Why are their attacks 'hit and run' (a falsity, as shown above) and your declaration is noble? I can't see the difference.

    Ok, there are some experienced members. What does that have to do with anything? Don't worry, in the end it doesn't hurt your ultimate cause in the least. As to the request for Sanctions, didn't your members do precisely the same thing? The obvious answer is 'yes' but again, not fatal to your cause.

    Now this is done for shock value, and belies the truth. If these nations were taking aid and then running, isn't the standard procedure of pretty much every alliance to go after that nation? It's not like they can hide. Other than deleting, in which case the aid does them absolutely no good. The AA switcheroo argument doesn't further your cause. So this is a baseless appeal pointing out how they're 'bad guys' who don't 'follow the rules' and once again, not important because it doesn't happen, and if it does, the alliance they scammed goes after them and they're done anyway.

    This is the only paragraph of all the previous ones that was necessary. Sure, it's nice to have a CB, but the fact is this paragraph, without resort to spin or shading, lays out exactly what you are doing. Dividing target lists, attacking, and attacking anyone that you believe, for whatever reason, may possibly be associated with LoFN, and you will continue on that course.

    Ultimately, CB's are to inform. If you need a CB to feel that your actions are justified, well, that's another matter. The fact is, you have acted as you and your alliance felt was necessary.

    So no CB was necessary as LoFN can't really do anything about it anyway, correct? You put them on notice of your intent, and you're following that intent. That's fine, just don't clothe it in the garments of justice when your opponent has engaged in precisely the same behavior you have. Well, actually, you were the aggressor.

    If you take any of the foregoing as trolling, I assure you, look at my other posts, that is not my intent. It is only my intent to point out that you may want to consider dropping defending this CB as it is unnecessary for you at all. You are sovereign and free to act as you wish.

    Just don't complain when others choose to exercise their sovereignty. Even if it's to your detriment.

    I actually hope for a peaceful resolution for all parties involved. Good luck to you all.

    I think the people who speak Spanish is big enough to be in an alliance. We could speak in our language and comment the differents terms of the game. Moreover we can help our partners whose English is not very good.

    My aim is to start with a forum talking between us... At first we could reamin in the red team under the NPO protection. As a peaceful alliance we enfatise trades between our members and help the newers... Also we could contact with Spanish people in other alliances...

    I've read the guide forum, and its suggest me: Set your tax rate to 10% and see what your "Avg. Gross Income Per Individual Per Day" is. Let this value be X.

    Value of X: Ideal Tax Rate:

    0,00 - 10,00 16%

    10,01 - 32,66 20%

    32,67 - 50,80 23%

    50,81 - 28%

    If i do that, my tax rate would be 28%. But if i try each % by looking at my Avg. Gross Income Per Individual Per Day I've seen the higher i get is at 16%...

    What should i do?
