    I considered posting the image of the PM but I am new to the forums (though not the game) and I was not sure if that was acceptable. Thank you for clarifying that for me.     Well, it's good that you owned up and apologized as soon as it happened, that'll count a lot, believe me. You should have asked official channels though if IAA had declared on NPO, not just take the word of your members or your friends. Hell, you could have browsed here for a DOW or checked in CN by searching for any wars that have been declared on NPO.

    Alright, Wanna create an industrial trade set, this will take a load off your infra cost and upkeep as well as lowering your technology cost. It will also increase your land size, your citizens income will increase as well as the amount of citizens in your nation. Soldier cost, cruise missile and nukes cost and upkeep will decrease too. It will also give you a happiness bonus. I am hoping to get maroon members to join this but if not, I am willing to trade with any color members.

    The Bonus Resources are: Construction, Steel, Asphalt, Microchips, Beer, Radiation Cleanup and Scholars(requires 90% literacy rate)

    Here's what we need...

    Lumber

    Marble

    Iron

    Aluminum-Lord Poison

    Oil

    Rubber

    Coal

    Lead

    Gold-Lord Poison

    Water

    Wheat

    Uranium

    New alliance, yet again!

    Every time I see a ridiculously named alliance, I wonder which came first. Was it the acronym they were looking for or was it the full name? Usually you can make a good guess by how ridiculous either one is. Take "the Order of Righteous Nations" for example. I always assumed they came up with the name first and the acronym TORN coming from that. TORN being a very strange acronym to want for your alliance. Then there's GOONS the "Goon Order of Neutral Shoving". The name makes no sense. It even has part of the acronym in it. So I assume they went with the acronym first.

    But I'm wondering about RICE. RICE is a pretty ridiculous acronym. But the "Reigning Imperium of Chosen Excellence" is also ridiculous. Generally in acronym-come-first situations, people just throw together a bunch of random auspicious sounding words, which seems like exactly what you did here. But who would choose RICE? It's very odd.

    I'd like it if it was the Powerful Order of Righteous Nations

    Hmm.....

    The possibilities are endless... :awesome:
