Hello everybody! I'm Bellisus, the technology broker for a little alliance called Avalanche. We re-formed on New Year's Day and already have over 60 members. However, we need technology buyers. One big stipulation: We will not sell technology to any nations who are in any way involved in the current war. -

For all those trying to troll us to death once again: give us a damn break. Change does not come with a day. It'll take some time. Nonetheless, here you see the GGA making a big change (if you'd know what's up, you'd be damn pleased to see this), and trying to get back up...and all you can think of is: 'Z0MG, GGA ANNOUNCEMENT, LET'S TROLL!' The points most make regarding ShanePrice are pretty much valid. A bit biased maybe, but valid nonetheless. Nobody has satisfied the question Tyga asked. Does this signify a new change in foreign policy for the GGA? Until someone from the GGA answers, speculation is the only avenue open to the average ruler. And speculation can easily turn to mockery.
So chaosplayer4, quit whining and actually join the debate. Or go back to bawwing and make yourself a target.

No it implies that if you declare at any time from 11:00:01 PM Game Time to 11:59:59 PM Game Time on the 6th of May, random date as an example, you will have to wait until 00:00:01 AM on the 8th of May to launch your nukes as the game rounds time up to the next hour and starts the 24 hour clock then.
So by declaring after 11PM Game Time you are effectively losing the ability to nuke for two "game days". Also much of the advantage that existed previously would no longer exist if the war system was divorced from the game update.
24 hours is still 24 hours.

The simple fact of the matter is that when everyone is treatied to everyone, and alliance X declares on alliance Y, decisions have to be made by everyone regarding their treaties with everyone.

Since we're on the topic of reps from past wars and how they should influence reps in this war, I would like to note that pretty much everyone from MCXA that has accepted reps in previous wars is now in alliances fighting on the side of Karma. So if profits from being on the side of NPO are a primary factor in deciding on reps for this war, the MCXA should owe very little. Actually, if I remember correctly, people who fought in Karma actually owe us reps still, so really, when this war is over, you guys should be paying us stuff. Just saying....

If the NPO has acted criminally in the past, then they are due a strict --perhaps ironically similar to their own crimes-- sort of punishment. Since they have cried foul about the mere possibility of being treated in the same manner that they have treated others, they have, in a de facto manner, admitted that the way they behaved was in fact cruel and criminal. Therefore they should be treated as criminals, and open themselves to the removal of the rights of the average citizen/nation/alliance of planet Bob as per any judicially sound sentencing.
After all, if what they had done was fair and just, then surely they would not have a problem being treated in the same manner.
OOOH! OOOH! PACIFICA WAR CRIMES TRIBUNAL!
I volunteer to preside as magistrate, as I have never taken part in another war against the NPO until now. But it would most likely have to be someone neutral like GPA or something. That or FAN.

I just finished speaking with HoT about this, but please do not speak as though you are adequately informed regarding these events. Karma was informed 64D was interested in peace. We spoke with 64D, and they were brought into the room, wherein they made it clear they were not actually interested in peace. They were then asked to leave. They inquired as to what terms they would get, then declined. We asked them to leave again. They again failed to leave, so we were forced to compel them to.
Forgive us for committing the heinous crime of listening to their comrade in arms, believing they were interested in peace, and having the audacity to offer it to them. We will not commit such a transgression again.
Well said Archon. If people actually take the time to read the log of the peace talks (don't really care about the other one, that's on UF and IRAN) they will see that Karma was simply offering peace terms. When 64digits said they wouldn't surrender (honorably), they were asked to leave. There were no "lies and half truths" unless they came from your own erstwhile allies in UF and IRAN. Karma spoke to you legitimately. All you had to do was say no, which you did repeatedly and rudely.

Not being a leader of a major Karma alliance, I can't say. However, I've seen how NPO treats this planet, and I'd like that to stop. That doesn't mean a utopia. We will see more wars, even if Karma prevails. I only hope for some decency and respect, and believe I can find that more readily with GR and NV than NPO and co.
