Seriously, every alliance has the option the defend any other alliance at any point in time. It's a fact. Putting this in writing is as useless as officially declaring that two alliances have the option to attack one another.
Friendship should come in an unwritten bond, not a superficial and non-binding agreement.

KOROVIANS RIOT AS PRINCE CHEATS GAOL
KOROVA TODAY, Mar 1, 2008 – PRINCE BORIS, of Greater Delarge, today received a five year suspended sentence from the Grand Judge of the High Court.
Only two months ago the Prince was caught on a security camera murdering a man from the Korova province, outside a popular milk bar. Initially police confiscated the tape, but it was soon leaked to the internet and much publicised.
The Korovian people have suffered the oppressive royal regime for nearly fifty years, after being annexed by GD in the controversial ‘Ludwig Trade-Off’, where the then Korovian President Ludwig lost the small nation in a game of Risk.
Minutes after the decision was made, riots had sprung up around Korova. Scenes of ultraviolence ensued as the province’s youth led the attacks, and an unknown number of people are now dead and injured as a result.
The police were expected to quell the riot, but they, too, took arms against the streets.
The royal family has thus far left our calls unanswered.
