    Charter of The United Coalition of Armed States

    Death or freedom!

    Article 1: Statement of Intent/Information

    We, the nations of The United Coalition of Armed States hereon referred to as UCAS believe that a government is vital to an alliance’s survival we also believe that guidelines are needed to be laid out for our members to follow. We also believe that we contribute to your nation, so in times of need the individual needs to step up and do what’s asked of them. UCAS is and will always be a neutral alliance but when we believe that our safety is in danger it is necessary defend ourselves. UCAS has a deep faith within orange sphere therefore it is an orange alliance.

    Article 2: Chancellor

    The chancellor is the leader of the alliance. The chancellor may open the office to one person of his/her choosing in this case this office is called “Vice-Chancellor†(henceforth VC). It is the Chancellor’s decision whether he/she wants to do this, it shall not be forced upon him/her. The chancellor is elected every 4 months. The chancellor must confirm the following with the Guidance Council :

    Signing of Treaties

    Declaring War

    Expelling Membership

    Confirm Ministers

    Major changes within the alliance

    Article 3: Guidance Council

    The Guidance Council makes sure that the chancellor is serving the best interests of the alliance. Any member of the Council can make a proposed legislation, for it to pass to get a signing from the Chancellor it must have a seventy five percent (75%) approval from the council. The council only consist of 5 members and shall never exceed the said limit of membership.

    Chancellorship leadership: In the absence of the council or if the people of the alliance vote that the council is impeded the chancellor has full control of all aspects of the alliance.

    Article 4: War

    For war to be declared a vote must be put up for vote in the council chambers if the vote receives a eighty percent vote of approval and is signed by the chancellor, UCAS will be at war with the said alliance.

    First Strike Nuclear Weapons: For a nation in UCAS to use a nuclear weapon in a first strike event, the nation must send a request to the chancellor. For a nation to be ordered to use a nuclear the chancellor must send the order him/her self and cannot be sent by anyone else.
