    In the earliest days of The Foreign Division we were attacked by a much larger force.
    We had no treaties and the ITAO thought they would have an easy victory.
    We were saved by NATO, and have never forgotten the war.
    TFD hereby declares war on the alliance ITAO for their aggressive actions against the sovereignty of TFD on June 26th 2007.

    In addition, we are activating the Nuclear Proliferation Treaty with The Prolific Empire and declaring war on The Mostly Harmless Alliance and The Knights of Ni.[/center]
