My apologies if this has been answered, but I did not find it.
My donation page currently says:
Your nation has already received the donation bonus during the month of February with a donation bonus of $10.00 on 2/14/2007. You are NOT eligible for another donation bonus until March 1st.
Is it really supposed to be once per calender month regardless of year or is this a bug?
