PC Treaties are written with number 2 pencil and an eraser is kept nearby. Perhaps they need money to by more pencils and maybe a paper shredder or two.
I didn't like how PC broke their treaty with TPF but I don't really agree with this bit. I doubt PC would weasel out of a treaty that was signed in good faith with their real friends(such as RAD or DT).
