    The Order Of Light - Mostly Harmless Alliance PIAT

    Preamble

    All parties involved in this treaty are to remain sovereign and shall not be governed by the other party. They shall remain seperate unless stated in another treaty.

    The main purpose of this treaty is to show friendship and good relations with the other party. Breaches of this treaty shall have no material consequences but shall however been seen as a breach of friendship and togetherness of these two alliances.

    Article 1: Peace

    Both nations agree not to attack, or commit any actions of espionage on the other party. Such actions are regarded as a breach of this treaty.

    Article 2: Intelligence

    Both parties agree to share all relevant information of worth. It is agreed that this information shall not be falsified, or changed in any way, to mislead the other party. Such falsifications shall be regarded as a breach of treaty.

    Article 3: Aid

    Both parties shall agree that they will endeavor to contribute financial aid to the other party. Such aid must be within the limits of reality, and not without reason. Such requests for financial aid shall be placed in the other party's embassy and the leader shall have to acknowledge the aid request. An acceptable reason must be stated, or the requested aid will not be given. Also, aid requests may be rejected, though the other party must have a valid reason. Any aid requests made under false pretences shall be viewed as a breach of this treaty.

    Article 4: Cancellation

    To cancel this treaty at any time, one party must post a thread on the other party's forums and get acknowledgment from the other party, or post a thread on the official CN forums. Following cancellation, a 48-hour grace period shall begin, during which neither party may breach any of the above listed terms.

    Mostly Harmless Alliance - The Revolution Protectorate Agreement

    Preamble

    For the purpose of maintaining a permanent and solid friendship, and promoting peace, stability and growth, the Mostly Harmless Alliance (MHA) and The Revolution (tR) enter into the following Protectorate Agreement.

    Article 1 - Protection

    MHA agrees to offer political, financial and military support to tR whenever it is required. An attack on tR is considered an attack on MHA, and will be dealt with accordingly. Additionally, MHA may assist tR in offensive wars, if it is determined that the cause for war is justified. tR is not required to assist MHA in any wars, but may do so if they are willing.

    Article 2 - Intelligence

    MHA and tR agree to share any and all information pertaining to the security and welfare of the other.

    Article 3 - Treaties

    tR must obtain MHA's approval prior to signing any treaties with third parties. MHA assures tR that the process will be fair and balanced.

    Article 4 - Team and Senate

    tR agrees to make Aqua their official team. MHA will assist tR in coordinating the switch. tR agrees to vote for MHA's Team Senator in the Aqua Senate elections.

    Article 5 - Advising

    tR agrees that one MHA member, as designated by MHA, will receive an advisory position within tR's government. The adviser will assist tR on internal and external issues, as requested by tR's government.

    Article 6 - Cancellation

    This treaty may be canceled at any time, provided that a 72 hour notice is provided by the canceling party. Both MHA and tR agree to discuss any and all issues before attempting to cancel the treaty. Once the notice has expired, MHA and tR agree to enter into a state of non-aggression for a period of 96 hours.

    Emperor Berserk, you are not registered on our forums. In addition to this, you were a member of ION on 10/7, and presumably until ION disbanded yesterday. Also, your Alliance Date shows that you changed to our AA a few hours ago.

    Therefore, I must respectfully ask you to either change your AA, or apply for membership to the Mostly Harmless Alliance.

    If you wish to apply, you can do so on our forums, which are located here. We may be able to negotiate peace for you, however bear in mind that you will not be eligible for any reps since you were not a member of the MHA when the attacks took place.
