I think you misunderstood the Shaka. What I stated, was not referencing the warrior Doombirds. It was in reference to your comment concerning the Genocide placed on my people and alliance mates. A forced change of the charter is a direct hit on sovereignty. So no, Mister gold turds, you are not correct and the Zulu tribe would appreciate more respect than that. The Shaka will speak no more on this as it does not serve any purpose.You have to be willing and able to defend that sovereignty; since you neutrals are allowing DBDC to steamroll over each of your alliances one by one, you aren't going to maintain that sovereignty. But the wider issue that also affects us non-neutrals is that DBDC does not follow civilized norms like publishing a Casus Belli, establishing war as a process of conflict resolution between alliance sovereigns, and otherwise respecting the sovereignty of alliances (i.e. negotiating with government rather than targeting individuals). This is what separates civilized alliances from rogues. The only reason why DBDC has not been stomped like most rogues is a current weakness in upper tier physics.

This is the post of a man who only likes to look at pretty numbers and is now sad that his pretty numbers are threatened. To be honest, it is time to decimate ALL the neutrals.

What i meant was not directed at those of us who've been around for the past [x number of years] but potential new players. I assume many find this game the same way I did in that they are looking for a nation building game, not necessarily coming here purely for diplomatic/warring type stuffs. Thus if I came to the game right now, and after starting to play around a bit realised that it is essentially impossible for me to ever reach the strength levels of the top nations, so I'd say forget this and go find a game in which that would at least be possible. This is definitely not entirely the fault of the neutrals however many of the neutrals have a disproportionate number of extremely large nations which is not seen outside of neutral alliances (except for my own and maybe a few other micros) and since they do not participate in war-ness there is little chance that they will ever be removed from this high level, if the neutrals were to all disappear [not that i'm advocating this] that would coincide with a sharp decrease in the average nation strength of the 'planet' and perhaps entice more players to stick around for a while and make a run for that top 5% or higher. I mean its at the point right now where since it is so difficult to destroy large amounts of technology it is unlikely that say Dulra would be knocked outta their spot at #1 even if they were at war for several cycles, for those who are joining to try to get to #1 there is no reason to play this game especially if the top nations are simply left to continue to grow making it that much more impossible for somebody new to catch up.
If it's the goal of a player to reach number 1 then yes I can understand that. However, I don't think the neutrals leaving the game would increase the number of players. It would only decrease it.
For those that are already here.............as you stated those that are in the game will play in the same regardless.

The organization was weak but anyone could fight back. Some decided not to based on nonsense, but the past is well..........

I think any new players looking for a nation building game would see that they'd likely never catch up to the upper tiers (many of which sit in neutral alliances) and go 'oh well, why bother playing' so they may be part of the reason why the game is now dangerously underpopulated - similarly the game becomes relatively boring once you've gotten to the point where you've bought all the wonders and are just importing tech to build up, the lower the average nation strength on the planet the more the nation building aspects of the game comes back into play and the more interest people may have. I could be way off of course but I'd say there's a least an argument against the neutral alliances not detracting from the game by just sitting and building.
This doesn't make a lick of sense. If the neurtals were gone you'd still be doing the same thing you are doing now with respect to your nations. WTF do you speak of?

Not only did GPA surrender, they also expelled members dared to fight back in that war. They declared any GPA member who used nukes a nuke rogue and threw them to the wolves, and anyone else who fought back was expelled from GPA and thrown to the wolves.
GPA was neutral in their own rolling. Which is a bit too neutral in my book, but meh, they can do what they like.
Part of this is right, part of this is wrong. I wish I had a Nuke back then, I would have been a rogue.

I still remember watching the NPO hit GPA with literally no repurcussions or any fight.

Couping your President would mean you were being proactive and reacting to something. Being neutral means you should be "meh" to everything :P
I'm going to take the above as a joke and if not then my response is that's beyond the reaches of false. Even if a coup happened within the Alliance it's not un-neutral. Now if an outsider was to enter the land of the Zulu and try to coup it would be un-neutral. However, he would be cut off at the waist and speared several times before completion of the mission.
Jumping into bed with another Alliance is un-neutral. Interjecting into a conversation between other alliances is un-neutral but UMM OK as the Ex leader stated.

The first thing you would need to do is ask yourself "Am I a Zulu".
I'll answer your question anyway. A pigeon would not last in the climate of the Zulu and even if so, the prey would demolish it upon entry. So I ask you do you think it is wise to send such a peon like carcass. I'd feel disrespected, but my mind would tell me that, "do not worry of such things because the person that sends such a creature is not of this world".
