Hello,
I have a problem with my nation map, I changed the location of my capital city last week, but it did this:
http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_display_map.asp?Nation_ID=195263
I waited until this week to see if it fixed itself, but it hasn't. Not sure what it looks like from an outside nation, but it's blank and doesn't have any option or anything that allows me to move the capital city.
Any help? -

What is this? Am I too fat to be in the picture?
In all seriousness... hopefully this will be useful to people.

Yes and No. The alliance who was exploited was using an older, no longer supported version of IPB. However, due to people using similar passwords, that is why we see nations right now being taken over by the person who got the passwords, as well as access to other alliance forums.
So two lessons from this experience, don't stay on old forum software, continue to take advantage of the upgrades of the forum software, even if they do cost money and do not use the same passwords in different mediums.
If there are any alliances looking to upgrade, I am sure that bros can help you out in the SMF area (if that is the route you want to go) or if you want to go the IPB 3.0.5 route you can get ahold of myself.
Edit: For those on their own servers, I can also assist with setting up a .htaccess to protect your admin cp.
That, and don't use stupid easy passwords. Numbers/symbols/letters and you can't go wrong.

http://cybernations.net no longer redirects to http://www.cybernations.net.
I reported this in the past and admin told me to post it here if it happened again: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?s...c=25809&hl=

WHy not something worthwhile like Airports or Railroads?
Where's the lulz in that?

Read the TOS.
Also, no, just no.

I definitely did NOT talk to any IO's about this issue beforehand. I have witnessed what talking to an IO will do to your life within NPO. (shorten it). They are for the most part power hungry, egotistical bullies. Not the approachable, touchy feely kind I prefer.
Then you clearly haven't. I've spoken to pretty much all of them, including Moo, and they most certainly do NOT act power hungry or egotistical. They listen, then they act. If you need something, they'll do it (within reason). If you need advice, they'll give it.
Please stop spreading such lies like that. Since most of the discussions between member and government are conducted privately, then admitting you have not even spoken with any of them, you really aren't in a position to tell the rest of the world how they act in a private arena.

How about no one.

Reasons but aside, the treaties have been re-activated so for that, thank you.

I wouldn't trade 100 of you for a soccerbum.
The members of Nemesis have seen quite some action in their time on Bob. I am sure that you will experience it soon enough
Thank you for that delightful insight into your human trafficking preferences.

Awesome. Now, there's the door, be sure not to be kicked on your way out.
Thank you for your concern, I will try my best!
-
Myself? Certainly not. NPO's lost a war before; this time, I'll be sure to push for your disbandment.
o/ Ordo Verde
Then, I will most certainly say we are no more. I mean, if the one and only soccerbum879 is going to push for disbandment, well I'm just going to go right ahead and pack my bags now.
-
I could tell you more, but it would ruin the fun in it. After all, this is just a game. So I'm sure NPO can't be too butthurt when they realize they just made a huge mistake.
Ooh, well placed formatting and everything.
-
Well, for starters, it will probably be non-existent within the coming weeks.
Right, right. I shall make a note.
Anything else?
-
if your warchests are not a secret why is finding out about them reason for war?
are you trying to be illogical or is it just a natural talent?
I bend to your superior logic and will, I apologise. Please, is there anything else you can teach me about my alliance? I would greatly appreciate any and all information.

LOLNPO
epic phail
It's not exactly the most secret of things. Good job though, you really are top-class spy material. Bravo.

That image is seriously fantastic.
Seriously, congratulations.

Okay.
That's good enough for me.
Thanks.

Problem is with the fact how you do not understand how what you just said does not answer anything what I pointed out.
NPO was (we can say) condemned by huge majority of CN in "karma" and made go though a curmbstomp and then the biggest relative and absolute amounts of reps combined with restriction clauses as to who can even pay them.
This was all made so in payback for our "power politics" as also as ushering a new era of different politics. It was also said (although it is now obviously seen as a lie) that it was as well to teach us a lesson. Ok.
But now, after two years under Cortath and his changed IO staff, after NPO did not do a single transgression even by the most strict moral concepts in CN you attack us without provocation, without any reason. You see, by doing that all what you did or said back in "karma" now turns out to be a blatant lie. Further more, you turned out to be exactly what you condemned back in "karma".
And I am sorry, but saying what you just did does not in any way change that, but rather fully confirms your hypocrisy. Really, its now time to stop with the moral high ground pony show. Act according to your behavior.

It can't be summed up any clearer than this.
It's quite pathetic, but at least it's amusing, not to mention unsurprising.
Same people, different flags. I wish there was some originality left.
