"Allows nations to purchase 5 additional aircraft per carrier ship up to 5 ships."

Purchasing beyond 5 carriers does not give any more of an aircraft boost.

I have:

Basic aircraft limit: 50 planes

Construction: 10

Foreign air base: 20

7 aircraft carriers: should be 35 but only lets me buy 25

Total: Should be 115 but won't let me buy planes past 105

Am I missing something?

(I just sold 2 aircraft carriers and am down to 5 now, in case someone notices. But I could never buy past 105 when I had 7 carriers)
