[Foreign Aid Bug]

When i accepted my last foreign aid offer from Uzbiggenstan a little bit ago I believe that the 50 tech was not deducted from his account and added to mine. I know for sure that it was not added to mine at least, I can't really be sure about his end. I had 4,099.99 tech both before and after I accepted the aid offer, and as shown by my ns charts my ns has not increased and I have made no other transactions. I am sure you would be able to verify this by checking an archive of the game from the previous day. Thank you.
