    When was the 50 tech you sent to Punisha accepted? If it was still pending during the time the sellers were starting to send you the 150 tech sent your way on the 20th and 21st and then accepted, it all adds up. You would have had 210 tech with a pending aid of 50 tech while receiving 150 tech in new aid; totals 310 tech once all were accepted. Possible?

    The 50 Tech that was send to Punisha was accepted on the 12th Jul. After he accepted the 50 tech, then I purchase the 210 tech. As this would not increase my cost of Tech purchase, and purchasing 210 tech, would allow the literacy Rate to be more than 90%, thus have the Scholars bonus.
